Dr. Reddy, the dental hygienists & office staff are all fantastic! Truly the best dental office I’ve ever been to! I highly recommend this place.

This dental office is a treasure! My grand daughter went there and was so pleased. She recommended I go there and now my whole family is going. They have a great, friendly staff.

I moved to Austin recently and was recommended to Dr. Reddy’s practice by a friend whose mom and brother have been going for years. I was late for my dental cleaning appointment and also wasn’t due for another round of X-ray covered by my insurance, but was graciously taken in for the cleaning and x-ray fee was waived. I had a very pleasant experience with the front desk, the dental hygienist and Dr. Reddy. I highly recommend this office. Hui

This was my first visit here (as I am new to the area) and I have never had such a thorough exam by a dental practise in 20 years and the staff was friendly and very informative throughout the process. This team and Dr. Ready is amazing. Mandy the dental hygienist was great! I haven’t (Shame to say) been to the dentist in years. Dr. Ready and her team made me feel comfortable and put a plan in place for me to get back on track. If you are in the Hutto/Round Rock area and you do not come here you are making a mistake. Best Smiles Dental offered the most gentle dental cleaning experience I’ve had. Their Hygienist really helped me feel at ease even while they worked. Dr. Reddy explained my dental plan in simple terms without being pushy. As a result, I felt more comfortable scheduling future work with them knowing I wasn’t paying for anything I don’t need right away.

All of the staff was so kind and everything was done very thoroughly. Dr. Reddy explains everything so well and it was a great experience.

This was the first time I felt comfortable at a dental hospital. Starting from taking X-rays, cleaning, polishing and they made sure doctor has each and everything when she comes in. When doctor Bindya came in she was not at all rushing and explained everything in detail of what is happening on the screen. She gave me the path of what all needs to be done going forward to keep my teeth healthy. I recommend them for anyone

Best dental office that I have been to! Everyone is so friendly, and knowledgeable. I really love Dr Reddy, her voice is calming and soft and she really made me feel less anxious about my appointment! I HIGHLY recommend coming here for all your family’s dental needs!

I called this office to confirm services. They were unclear what insurance plans they accepted. They were also unsure what "cosmetic dentistry" means. Upon explanation - they clarified that their website is not correct and they do not offer veneers or most of the services listed on the site.

Called the office today to give feedback on the services of teeth cleaning. Been there the last 2 times and did not get services by Dr Reddy.the lady I spoke to was quick to say “would you like me to deactivate your account” when I cancelled my February appointment.
That was her response to my concern of lack of dental services provided today. Very disappointing.
