I cannot recommend this company. The project consisted of a BBQ island granite top which I was assured was something they did often. The deposit was make Sept 9,2022 and the top was installed in December 2022 incorrectly. The equipment was here so the measurement should have been correct and it was not. Due to Ronnie being ill, the techs could not come out to correct the issue. We could not speak with them as they do not speak English so we hired another company to make it right. I requested Best Stone pay half of this cost but they refused.
We had a party scheduled for Dec 17th and wanted to use this grill and considered 3 months plenty of time to complete this small project.
