I have been coming here for years and telling people how much I recommend this place. They hired a new girl at the front and I went in today to ask them to rework something I paid for and asked for and planned to pay again. The girl at the front said this is not our fault and I said yes I know. There is no problem I am wondering if you can just do this and showed her what I was looking for and she rolled her eyes and said we will do this but it’s not our fault. I told her that I never said it was and then realized I am going back and forth with someone I have been paying for years. I walked out and will look for another alteration place. It is a shame because I have been coming here for years.

Pretty quick on work for timely delivery but I think a little too fast. They made my 280$ jacket a bit too tight on my shoulder/chest area and now I can’t even wear it. What a waste of money on this place and the place I bought my jacket.
