Best Way Clinic of Burleson: Dr. Jose Rosado Morales MD reviews
8They have the right intentions, but ultimately have poor medical prowess. My mother and I were patients, so was my aunt. This clinic failed to detect my aunt's cancer, which has now metastasized throughout her body (she's stage 4 and bedridden in the hospital). The doctor was unable to detect my mother's uterine fibroid and get her referred to an OBGYN (we had to find an OBGYN on our own). I relapsed into depression after being denied my medication that I hadn't even lasted a year with (was taking for roughly 6 months) and am now dealing with withdrawal symptoms. I was told I was 'too young' for meds. My endocrinologist and OBGYN were baffled by this and quickly provided me with resources to address my mental health as well as the chronic illnesses I'm already dealing with.
Takes forever to answer a call. Appointment is a week out. Ive been trying to get a doctors note for the military over and over and still nothing. As well as trying to have a 2 min conversation with the doctor you HAVE to book an appointment or telemedicine. Just for the doctor to tell you to come in. So your basically paying to make an appointment. As well ive had numerous doctors and nurses say they would contact me and days go by and nothing. If your in good health and need a doctor once a year, place is great. But if you need medical attention commonly, find another practice.
Terribly upset I couldn't rate this practice a 0 and warn other potential patients. Wait times are ridiculously long (up to an hour +). If we, as patients, are expected to arrive in a timely manner as to not disrespect the time of the doctor and other patients, the doctor and other practice members should respect the patient's time too. They also NEVER answer the phone. If we do leave messages, we can rarely expect a call back within the week. Not only that, but the staff/doctor never seem to update general information no matter how many times we tell them. We keep getting prescriptions sent to the wrong pharmacies and it's honestly been an issue for a while now despite letting them know every single appointment. My grandpa has been a patient of Dr. Rosado for years now. My grandpa hasn't been scheduled to see Dr. Rosado in a year in a half. It has always been a PA. Most recently, my grandpa had to go to the hospital for immediate attention due to issues that could have been fixed way sooner if Dr. Rosado and his practice actually cared to do their jobs. The hospital let this practice know of my grandfather's situation and they still had the audacity to schedule a phone appointment to "talk about it". What they don't know is that we're past that point and have already asked for a referral for a better primary care doctor. DO NOT go to this practice if you wish to have an understanding and competent healthcare team. Grossly negligent is an understatement and frankly, I don't think Dr. Rosado cares enough about his patients.
Best teacher I’ve ever had. When you bridge the gap between medicine and spiritual healing, those things require committed time and trust. No one I’d rather have in my corner!
These guys are here here to help. I've had nothing but good service and they take the time to actually think about your problem. Kudos guys. You don't find that very often in this world.
Dr. Rosado is the MOST compassionate doctor I know. He is thorough and takes the time to make sure each patient is assessed appropriately. Owning his own practice allows him to give each patient the time they need which is greatly appreciated.
The waiting time is way too long. My appointments were always at 1pm. I never got out of there till around 4p. But Dr Rosado is an amazing physician. Went to him for years. But the waiting time is really excruciating.
Called today to work my Mom in because she has been very sick for days. I gave you two stars because you worked her in. Dr. Rosado has always been great but his office staff has serious issues. My Mom saw the PA today. My Mom is very obviously ill. She is 77 years old with a horrible cough, and sinus issues, etc. This PA never listened to her lungs, nor tested her for flu or strep.
Just prescribed her a steroid and an antibiotic. Do your job and don't waste our time and money! Still don't know what she has.
