18I know it's Texas and hot but after a hour and a half of full blast AC it was more comfortable outside then inside. The room only dropped 4-5 degrees depending on when you looked at the temp. The room had damage to the doorframe, but the door still closed properly and locked. Solution to the problems were a one bed room when I booked 2 and placing the blame on the hot weather. Overall a very bad experience. Would not recommend.
On the surface at check in, it looked OK. HOWEVER, sometimes hot water, sometimes not. There was a board screwed to the ceiling in the vanity, floor was wet and mold had appeared around it the next morning. Breakfast.what was there (not much) was just gross. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to stay!
Nice and quiet location. Clean rooms and good breakfast. The toilet would run off and on all the time and was hard water stained, but nothing that couldn't be fixed easily.
So, smokers have made all the rooms stink, LARGE roaches in lobby and room, rooms have many needs with maintenance, no working phones in room. The front desk lady tried to accommodate but she is stuck in her position.
This hotel has spacious rooms with good amenities and a large tv.they also have a lot breakfast options in the lobby in the mornings.the manager and house keepers have been courteous during our stay.
I stayed at this property and have a problem with the air condition. I had to change rooms. The manager was very accommodating and very helpful. I will be coming back here.
I'm very disappointed and frustrated with this hotel. My rooms were not as clean as i would have expected. Plus, I recently encountered bed bugs twice during my stay within 4 days of switching rooms. I have large bites and welts all over my body. The manager is awful and has very poor communications skills. He is not professional in any standards of a hotel manager. I won't ever come back to this hotel again and I have already reported them to the BBB and I will be reporting them to the Health Department next. There's no telling how many rooms of theirs may have bed bugs.
Not to thrilled when checking in, lady checking people in not very welcoming. Get checked in and go to room room kinda cool, but AC barley blowing air and pulled filters, and they were almost clogged completely. The shower is not very good pressure because the lower part leaks so bad. The room itself is clean, though.
The place and staff itself were nice, very friendly.
I had no issues with the room. I got exactly what I booked and it was clean.
Come morning time after being told breakfast was included and putting out there that it was also included in the price I paid when booking (money lost) This was in fact not true for my stay.
Only coffee and cereal.
We were on a mini vacay and being able to eat and then move on to our destination is huge for me, as I have a day planned out.
BED BUGS! Bit my granddaughter, they changed room but no concern beyond. She had to see a doctor and missed work, apparently she's allergic. Called hotel, ignored by management.
The room was clean but outdated. The noise overnight from the interstate traffic was loud and disruptive. Windows probably need replacing as they don’t block the noise.
Found bedbug on m it sheets after I woke up. Got a tissue and killed it and it full of blood. Showed Jennifer @ front desk. She called me later later and. Offered to refund
Motel was very hard to find, very poorly marked! At check-in had to move to 3 different rooms due to wet paint, oder, no hooks to hang wet towels, no door locks, strike plates (room door did not shut tight for first 2 nights. Electrical outlets did not work around the sink or dressing area. The toilet would whistle loudly each time flushed!
Like always very Friendly Staff. House keeping definitely Doing Awesome work in keeping Rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfast area Staff friendly and very kept up with choice's. Relaxing and Quiet place.
Overcharged me on my room, the room is FILTHY, I have questionable stains on the floor, I found someone else’s fast food bag of trash in the closet and the sheets have questionable stains on them. I’m paying $300 for 3 nights to basically stay in filth. I am NOT impressed and I probably won’t be staying here again.
Stayed here out of necessity, was Leary of this location and it lived down to my expectations. The Front desk entrance and staff are all uplifting and nice. The rooms are horribly outdated, smell of KILLZ Primer/paint. Have holes along base boards, Bathroom trim is missing or rigged, the tape and float on walls is bulging out of the paint, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and carpet was not tacked down at walls nor where there were holes. The deadbolt did not fully engage. You get what you pay for. Will not be staying here again.
Whatever you do do not say at this hotel. Stayed in this hotel last night October 2nd. We were put in room 112 and 114 both rooms are supposed to be handicap rooms only one with a handicap room with a bed that was far too high for anyone with handicap. In room 112 the roof from overhead was leaking and had obviously been leaking for a long while as there was a water stain line on the wall. Floor was wet when we contacted the front desk they told us really there was nothing they could do because they were all booked up and just sent the maintenance guy over to bring some towels in Painted Sky Place towels on the floor to dry up water and floor was soaking wet next morning. Also realize that the ceiling has black mold on it and informed Hotel staff in the morning received a call back later that day from hotel staff saying the manager was giving me a whole $50 off my room. Had it not been 10 at night when we checked in and have there been any other options we would have just left and gone to a different Hotel
I have had two extended stays at this hotel because of having to be out of my home. The staff is extremely nice and very accomadating. Would recommend.
