Best Western North Bryant Inn, San Angelo TX

Not too bad but my AC did not work as an AC should. The towels looked stained.slight tan.not bright white.

Plus: Staff at breakfast was very helpful and pretty good options as well. Area was kept very clean.

The beds were terrible, the comforter was dirty/stained and thin as a sheet. The mattress was worn out and lumpy, extremely uncomfortable. The shower handle was messed up and difficult to get decent water temperature, the sink would not drain, the toilet kept running quite loudly when flushed and you had to constantly shake the handle to stop the noise. The staff was friendly. They had coffee out in the morning. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it.

Location great. Breakfast was worth it. Took some fruit for the road. Grackles.millions outside.

I had to cancel my reservation due to medical reasons and I was told that I would still need charged for one night. But when I just looked at my credit card transactions I was charged the full price I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be going to file a claim with the BBB about this too. By the way I tried calling and calling and you can’t reach a person to talk to just a recording of it he manager to leave a message. This will not be the place I make any future reservation with. Just a way to overcharge

Good clean hotel and better than the San Angelo Tx Hampton Inn. If I go back to San Angelo I will stay here. They don’t have a digital key system but it’s no big deal.

Thermostat stayed on 68 and room temp was barely tolerable. Our room stank. Elevator was out for 2 days. Staff very nice. Great selection at breakfast and everything tasted good. Good location.

Made reservation online registered with my home address here in San Angelo paid $20 cab fair only to get there and be turned away because they don't rent to local residents within San Angelo or 30 mile radius of. So if you're a victim of domestic violence, your house burns down, tornado, flood destroys your home don't expect to be able to rent a room at Best Western cause our money isn't good enough. Whatever happened to the moto shop local to boost our local economy? Instead we are discriminated against by this motel. Oh well their loss cause they were gonna charge me $146 for 1 night and I got a nice room at Inn on the Conchos just up the road for under $100 for the night.

Great place! From the staff, to the breakfast.
We had to stop for the night on our long drive back home. The staff was immediately welcoming and checked us in with a smile and warm welcome. They have a nice selection of packaged and microwavable food, drinks and snacks to purchase. There is a KFC within walking distance. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. And the breakfast was great! The staff was still very nice and friendly in the morning.

Wonderful hotel! A/C is ice cold and showers are hot! Beds are comfortable, good tv channels, decent breakfast and very nice staff, 10/10 would recommend for you next stay

Beds are honestly amazing. Firm and comfortable. The pillows are big fluffy and perfect. I stayed in a long ajoined with two queens for my kids. The price wasn't bad for the rooms. They were simple but exactly what I needed for a last minute stay.
The water was hot but the bottles for the shampoo was barely enough for one person but smelled amazing and was great for the hair.

The bad thing I was on the second floor and let them know at the front desk I have two pinched nerves and can barely walk right now.

To my surprise when I went to go down to the hot tub that the elevator to go down buttons on the second floor does not work, after waiting nearly 15 minutes and having one hard time trying to walk down.

I get to the front desk and they said yes it's been broken, you can go up to the second floor but not down, I asked them why didn't they tell me when I told them I can barely walk and they could see it but they were literally telling someone else when I walked up to them this time. And all they said was sorry.

Didn't offer to change rooms or anything but I was already settled and my kids didn't mind running down to get the elevator for me.

Breakfast is simple eggs bacon biscuits and gravy cereal oatmeal yogurt and waffles. The basics buts free.

Not bad but the service should have let me know about the elevator.

Clean room, nice hot breakfast. They need to add exhaust fan to bathrooms.
No freezer section in refrigerator

Doesn’t work with locals, turned us down after we paid for our room, if you care about local business in San Angelo, I would not recommend these people

Recently visited San Angelo & reserved lodging at Best Western, since the Best Western in another city was an amazing experience. The Best Western in San Angelo was another amazing experience.
The hotel lobby was very clean. The staff was very courteous & professional. The room was very clean. The breakfast was great. Breakfast included waffles, eggs, bacon, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea, milk, muffins, fruit & more. In my travels, I will continue booking with Best Western in the future & sharing information regarding my experiences.

So last night I was driving though San Angelo from Odessa I was on my way to south Texas for work I have a PO Box address in San Angelo I decided to stay the night at your hotel when I was told By your front desk guy that Best Western in San Angelo does not let people who have a San Angelo address stay in your hotel I thought he was kidding at first but he was not he said I can not give you a room because I have a San Angelo address and he said that was a Manager policy that is unacceptable and ridiculous. I’ve never heard of such a policy.

Thank you Mrs. Janet, I found you and the gentleman to be a very very nice and patient person. When I was confused about my situation, on how the computer messed up, you took charge and tried to find out why the change occurred and even gave me advise on how to fix the situation.
