Best Western Plus Dilley Inn & Suites

We stayed at this hotel but the beds were dirty they didn’t change the sheets and hair were inside the sheets. I asked for someone to come an change them but the receptionist said that we have to come down stairs for a clean sheets because she didn’t have somebody to bring them or change them
Manager told her.
Very bad service and it doesn’t have clean rooms
We have to leave and look for another hotel

We only went there for a meeting. But, based on what we saw, it is a pretty good hotel. It has a nice clean lobby and the employees were nice and helpful.

Ants in the room that bite. 100s of them. Manager awefully rude, will not work with you. Good luck if you choose to stay.

Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Has a great breakfast but opens too late for early poeple that has to be on the road before 7: AM. Need to open at least 6: AM like the other Best Western in Dallas and Houston.

It's my first time here at best Western and I hate to say this but they really don't help at all or clean the rooms the good thing is that i had some towels and blankets from my home. After a really hard day of work I would have like to buy some water here in the hotel and I ask and they said they don't know either pretty disappointing.

Great service. Clean rooms. Breakfast was good just didn't keep juice or W. Mix stocked.

Please find another location; they use Covid protocols for an excuse of bad customer service. They recently changed management Only to get worse. Majority of people working behind the counter believe they are doing the customer a favor by allowing us to stay there. You ask for basic services is like asking for the impossible.

So far so good, clean, usually, oil field hands have a habit of coming in/out at shift change with their muddy boots (not hotels fault) breakfast is typical hotel food, staff is friendly, here for extended stay on business, would stay with family,

Supposedly they use a covid excuse to not clean room. How freaking annoying 3 days no service. We put the tag saying to service room. And still nothing. Over a $100 and we have to go down stairs to get towels and TP.
I've stayed in cheap motels with better service. Bullshivik

Room was dirty, smelled dirty, hair in bed, black wash clothes, no hair dryer. Rude front desk.

Has been my stay for years with no problems or complaints. Unfortunately lady at front desk now thinks she owns the motel. 9: 15 lady at lobby putting breakfast up was kinda enough to get my baby some food. Front desk comes making remarks to why she’s giving us food. Meanwhile locking coffee and orange juice from us, telling her employees to wait for the coffee till after we leave. Very rude and disrespectful. Always was a five star until TODAY!
