Great customer service, clean rooms, comfortable beds/furniture, great amenities, and good breakfast choices. Love the ocean view from the balcony. Quiet place at this time of year. Thank y'all for a wonderful stay.

Awesome place, clean rooms, excellent services, facilities are nice, beach facing rooms are a plus. Beach is at walking distance. Breakfast on the house has options of eggs, beef sausage patty, bacon, cereal etc.

Hidden gem on the Gulf of Mexico. Every room faces the Gulf. Short walk across to the beach. Short driving distance to eating and shopping. Shout out to Canyon at the front desk she is awesome!

Had large 5th floor beach side suite. Reasonably priced for November. Lots to do on the strand.

The views are amazing and every room has a balcony overlooking the ocean. The cleanliness is hit or miss in our last few visits.

Has the basics. Decent breakfast and nicely located across from the beach. Not the cleanest so you may want to bring some of your own cleaning supplies.

I was charged 3 times for a canceled room by employee Edward Garcia, which takes 3-10 business days to be refunded!

Beds were comfortable not the best but not bad.shower water pressure was bad, not hardly any pressure at all.room was clean.ocean view was great.the flood lights in the parking lot was bad.had to wear sun shades at night setting on the balcony.

I always wanted a hotel to the view to the beach and is so beautiful and this hotel is clean and all the staff are friendly

Canyon made us feel very welcome and was very relatable. The hotel was wonderful the room was nice and clean.

Dirty. Toilet needed cleaning, feet were black after walking on the floor, desk had drink rings that needed to be cleaned.

We paid for a King room with an Ocean view. What we got was the side of a carport. We asked about changing, but all the king rooms have similar views. If this had been listed as a "partial view, " we would have been a lot more satisfied.

The TV in the room was also in really bad shape. It needs to be replaced.

Otherwise, everything else was wonderful. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Everything seemed clean and in good order.

My wife and I stayed at the Best Western Plus in Galveston. The room was very comfortable and had a great view of the Gulf of Mexico right across the street. Each room has its own private balcony with a great view. The price was reasonable and the breakfast was Great. Bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffels, biscuits and gravy with coffee, tea or milk. Breakfast was made fresh.
We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and pool while we relaxed in the evening. The staff was very nice and friendly. This is our new spot to come!

Very clean, affoedable and the access to the beach is worth it! Will definitely stay here again.

Nice location, a little bit away from all the action but the price is a compromise for the distance. Rooms could have been a little cleaner. One Curtain had a gash, lamp shades were slightly soiled, thermostat control was not mounted correctly.

Great for families! The front desk was amazing. She went above and beyond by offering beach toys and body boards for the kids to borrow. The beach was right across the street. The views from the rooms were beautiful.

Wanted a motel with view of the beach from private balcony. Got just that. 5th floor across the street from the beach. Sunrise and sunset Free of charge. Older motel but clean and quiet with decent breakfast options offered.

What a GEM. The staff were amazing. The hot tub and pool stays open year round when the neighboring hotels do not. Fantastic views, balconies, and the price is competive. The details are thought through too: soaps and shampoos are nice quality. Rooms are huge. Very clean.
