Best Western Plus North Houston Inn & Suites

Hotel is clean and does have an outside pool. Breakfast is not the best. Milk that had expired that day was still being served. Lots of restaurants nearby so no problem finding decent place to eat.

I had such a wonderful experience here with me and my wife. The receptionist Trinity help us so much. We had a key issue with the room and she switched the room immediately with no problem then we needed extra towels and she brought them to us within 5mins of us calling asking. She even gave us a courtesy call for the morning for breakfast. We both will come back when we visit Houston again. Thank you best western and Trinity for such a wonderful experience we felt so much at home!

The front desk receptionist trinity was super nice and helpful to me and my significant other. No matter what we asked for she went out her way to help us get what we needed. She even walked up to our room to give us another remote and extra pillows. Super glad to have such great customer service when it’s so hard to find these days. The rooms were clean and renovated. The breakfast was also wonderful. I will definitely be back!

Made a reservation in advance, paid in advance, I even called ahead, but when we showed up the doors were locked and no employee was there to let us in. It was late at night and the area is not the safest to be stuck outside. We could hear the phone at the front desk ring when we called but no one came to answer it. We waited over 30 minutes with the phone ringing and ringing and no one came.

We called the Best Western reservation line and they said they could not reach anyone at the hotel and that no customer support was available. They said they could not provide a refund and actually had the gall to ask if we would like to pay for another room at another Best Western across town at the regular rate. They offered no solution for us at all. I can't believe how badly they dropped the ball here.

I have been staying at this hotel since I was a little girl. This location and staff are great. So many restaurants near by to satisfy your cravings. Crackel barrel is walking distance in case you miss hotel breakfast Room was not very tidy. There was stains and crumbs on sofa. Dust bunnies in perimeter of room, over all giving it 4 stars as bedding and bathroom were clean and this is the first time, we had a room like this. Our hotel stay was mainly just to have a place to sleep. Breakfast was good, had different options from oatmeal, cereal, bagels, waffles to eggs, potatoes and beef patties.

The front desk receptionist Trinity is the BEST! This wonderful woman went completely out her way to make sure my stay was comfortable. She definitely need a raise for her efforts to making sure the customer is satisfied. The room was most definitely clean and nice and smoke free. I will most definitely be back when I come back to Houston.

I was searching around for a hotel for hours and I'm glad I came across this hotel. I had a wonderful experience here and it started with the receptionist Ms Trinity. She was super nice and professional. I love that they serve breakfast every morning and they have actual working Wi-Fi service that's fast like I needed. I will definitely be back to this location!

After a long 4.5-hour drive, I was ready to relax. The front desk clerk, Ms. Trinity, was amazing. She was on point with check-in, professional while being kind and caring. I love that I did not have to go out for breakfast because the hotel serves a full breakfast with a great variety of foods and fresh fruit. The WI-FI is highspeed and I loved it for my meetings and zoom calls. I will certainly book again at this location.

I came in from Charlotte and this hotel was the first to catch my attention because it’s affordable and clean and luxury like I like it. The customer service from the front desk named Trinity was super nice and fast with my check in. I like the fact that she told me they serve breakfast every morning for all guests and the Wi-Fi service was fast like I needed so I could do my work on my computer. I will definitely be back to this location!

I was searching for a hotel due to my flight being delayed and this was the first place that sold me on staying out of all 6 hotels I called because the receptionist (Trinity) was super understanding and helpful due to my situation. She booked my room for me over the phone so I wouldn’t lose the room to future guests. I love that they serve breakfast every morning for the hotel guests because that airport food can be pricey. They also had great Wi-Fi service that was fast so I could stream live with my fans. I will definitely be back to this location!

We were in town for a basketball tournament and when I called the staff was very friendly and quick about assisting with blocking rooms. Upon arrival they were very patient and understanding. As most know with a bunch of teenage boys it can be crazy. They were very accommodating. The breakfast was hot and tasted good. Even 15-20 mins before breakfast ended there was plenty of food and it was still hot! The owner/manager cooks and works because he wants his guests to have plenty and enjoy their stay. He always had a smile on his face. The pool was nice and clean. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. It is in a good location and easy to get to both facilities we played at. Several food options in the area as well. Will definitely stay here again!

The rooms are so clean! Service is very friendly, breakfast is fresh, Location is excellent. Just 10 minutes or less away from stores and restaurants. Highly recommend this place

If I could give this place a lower rate I would they don't do anything to help the guests and not friendly.

Service was great, room was clean and full breakfast included was amazing. 10 out of 10, will definitely be returning to this exact Best Western when in Houston.
