8All the front desk agents were amazing, especially Trinity! The breakfast was okay. The waffles were good but the eggs looked like water. Over all I enjoyed my week stay.
The girl at the front desk was amazing! Everything else sucked. Loud music from other guests, doors slamming and rooms are not in good shape, place is very dumpy! Do yourself a favor and stay in the holiday inn!
The woman at the front desk is rude, unprofessional and should really find another job. I don’t recall her name, but she likes to talk mess over the phone and does not represent what this company stands for.
Nice hotel everything was clean staff was polite and friendly, I was able to get a 30' hotshot gooseneck around the hotel and locate parking. Breakfast was ok they had no hot water for the oatmeal. Water pressure was good in the shower, room was nice and cold I would stay here again
This hotel is overrated as a 3 star hotel. Number of problems with door locks throughout the facility. Pool was dirty. The hotel is in dire need of maintenance.
Clean-Room was clean, did not come in daily to clean due to Covid. Actually understaffed. Had to take used towels down every morning to exchange for fresh ones.
Staff-Front desk most were friendly only one was not. Kitchen 1 great, 1 hateful
Bed- was very comfortable
AC- was outstanding
Breakfast was OK.
Hall carpets NASTY!
Elevator would not come to first floor and had to ask the front desk to go up and bring it down.
Pool- We were told the pool was working and ready to use. Website listed out of service. It was green and dirty from Monday July 4 to Friday July 8. They said it was safe to use. NOT! Always gave an excuse that the pool man was cleaning but was caused from the heat. That was a lie, it was never serviced.
Alright room, but I was treated very rudely by a staff lady who assumed I was stealing breakfast lol. Don't stay here.
