My husband and I travel a great deal. If we could have given this hotel ten stars, we would have! In addition to the nice room and delicious breakfast, we spent a good amount of time in the hot tub, which added SO much to our stay!

Every staff member is friendly, and ready to help wherever they can. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel! Definitely, we will stay here again if we are ever in the area!

I had doubts, but trusted the reviews, and this place was great! Very clean and cozy, good service, big and clean room, super good breakfast, and great location! The popcorn and welcome back were a nice touch. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the Pecos area.

Room was great and everything is great just the shower. The shower is heat monitored; the knob can only go to the middle between hot and cold, not hot, still cold honestly.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptional! Very clean, beautifully designed and the staff was amazing. Also, a great breakfast.

I was planning to stay a couple of days for truck repair. But had to extend over a week. Front desk staff Ms Isabel was great in finding me a room during a fully booked time. Which allowed me to cancel my reservation next door at another hotel. I was very happy with this. I didn’t have to repack and move my things to another hotel. I am very grateful for this. Everything was clean and sanitary. And the rest of the staff was great as well. No complaints. Breakfast every morning was great as well.

Absolutely outstanding, I highly recommend it.rooms are great.clean.very reasonably priced and the breakfast in the morning is hard to beat.be sure and leave a tip for the ladies in the jar.they even cook eggs to order.it also had a great weight room and pool.

You won't find a better hotel for a better price than this place, and that's the truth! It's immaculate, well-appointed, large rooms, and has so much charm.

They have thought of everything and they use the best products (Gilchrist & Solm's, Angel Soft, Kleenex, etc.) in their rooms.

I once heard, "You can tell the quality of a hotel by checking out whether their light bulbs are all in operating order. " You won't believe how many lights this place has, and I've NEVER seen one out-of-order bulb! Amazing! Nice staff and friendly.

I’m sure your staff is just as wonderful as these reviews state. However, I just got off the phone with your receptionist Star and did not appreciate being hung up on. I called to speak with my husband who is currently in bad health. He’s also without a phone and he’s pretty much stranded. I explained that I don’t have his room number because of this factor and she just said that she couldn’t help direct me, so then I asked that she take a message for him and she said “I’ll see what I can do. ”

I’m sure she an excellent worker and a very nice young woman but when someone needs help maybe your staff could attempt to be more understanding and helpful. Just be decent if nothing else. Taking a message takes very little energy and time I don’t think that’s asking too much.

So far the best, best Western I've stayed at, Emmanuel the guy at the front desk when I come here is top shelf in customer service and treatment of customers I've been here several times

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms are nice and spacious and the breakfast is 10/10.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was nice, clean and spacious. The pool was a total hit for the kids. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast but was pretty good. The staff was great!

For it being Pecos, and a lot of workers this is a great place to stay. The staff is very accommodating, and my room is very clean every time I come back after being in the field for a long day. AC in the 100+ temperatures is awesome, and the items provided for hygiene are top notch, really recommend this hotel for short or extended stays. Thank you! Forgot to mention the staff, 2nd to none! I am always impressed with my reception and the ease of checking in, I will always stay here when in the area!

From the owners, brother and sister, Kurt and Mary Ann, to all the employees, they make it happen. This is my favorite place to stay. It is AWESOME. You won't be disappointed.

Booked the room, decided to try on this trip. Room looked good, walked to the head of the bed soiling foot, the carpet between bed & wall was slopping wet. Wasn't acceptable, no rooms avaliable there or anywhere. Had to drive another 40 miles to find a room. Supposedly I am getting my non-refundable payment refunded.
