Everything was perfect, but we where disappointed that the pool was so cold, the plan was to stay at the motel and swim, we couldn't and had to spend money to entertain our kids elsewhere

Convenient stop on the way north. The rooms were clean and the front desk staff was great. I was confused by the (literally) half sized pillows on the king bed, but the front desk staff gave us more. For dog friendly and properly priced, I will stop here again.

The front desk staff are so incredibly kind and helpful! They deserve more than 5 stars. The room was pretty clean. The biggest complaint for us was that there was no water pressure in the shower. A toilet flush generates more water flow than the shower! Also, a little stingy on the towels, two towels for two adults.

Booked last minute and Kelsey helped make the booking over the phone super smooth after a long 10 hour drive. She found us a great deal and the entire process including check in was great. The walls are a bit thin but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. The staff making breakfast was so sweet and helped in every way when my hands were full. Had a great one night stay and would definitely come back if visiting or passing through Lubbock.

The room was great. The restroom was clean. The bed was fine too. The breakfast had plenty of variety. Front desk was very pleasant.

Our room was a little musty from the get go, but with no open windows, I wasn't surprised. We were treated very well, and stayed several days on a day to day basis.until we opted to switch rooms to a smaller (much cheaper) room, as our party downsized and our needs changed. They seemed a little put out, but there was close to a $50 difference in cost, and the only variation was a couch. Then the musty smell I had become accustomed to since the first night, that I guess I should have mentioned to them, had become my problem. The lady at the front desk had a whole mood change as she proceeded to blame me and my service dog for the musty smell in the room. She talked to me like she was repulsed by me. I was careful not to speak out of offense, but I did ask her what warranted her mood shift and why she was speaking to me as if I was beneath her. I also let her know that the smell had been there way before us. Overall, it was a nice place. And before that petty interaction, things were nice. But charging me a $75 cleaning fee and kicking us out after 5 days of staying there with no issue was a sad way to end it.

Excellent stay! Breakfast was great! Drawback was the bathroom. Toilet was too short, shower only has 1 safety rail, and sink faucet is set to far back. Water pressure was fantastic and there is plenty of hot water. Will definitely stay here again!

Rooms were clean and very comfortable, service was good coming and going, and it was very conveniently located for what I was doing in town.

Room was nice and big! The breakfast was the best we've ever had while traveling! Great sunrise view ️

It was GREAT! The staff was helpful & nice. FrontDesk Vicki was funny & friendly. There was a bar, Giant Connect Four Game (I won), free drinks, the bartender was nice, breakfast was excellent, the pool was beautiful, and the rooms were comfortable & cold. The shower was relaxing & refreshing and the art & colors were welcoming at thee entrance. My twin brother was the driver and he slept well. I recommend for tired travelers to rejuvenate themselves before heading back out on the road. Great price, too.

Great hotel, polite/helpful staff & very courteous housekeeping! What more could we ask? Perhaps to not be systematically price gouged to the tune of $350+ per day & then be told by all levels of management/ customer service: “That’s what the rates are.set by upper management”. So my advice is to do your homework & expect to pay out the nose for these accommodations during graduation weekend in Lubbock, TX. Was this a nice hotel? Yes. Was this a $359/day 4-star worthy hotel? Ummm… I’ll leave that to you. Memories of graduation; prairie dog town, great restaurants, family time, friendly locals, that free breakfast, clean, amenity-filled room & 4-star staff sure did help. Peace to you & yours. Update to Hotel Management Comment: Touche’! Also as previously covered, BOTH said emails did not show a LEGIBLE daily rate; numbers/words in columns were typed/re.typed over themselves; an exorbitant ‘total’ was listed that I thought could ONLY be an error by hotel; which could be rectified /corrected upon visit. As my common sense dictated, $1,000 was NOT expected for 3 days at a hotel of this caliber with rates posted $80 per night (see w/o 9.18.22).

The full breakfast was excellent and like home cooking. The cook was friendly and cared very much about the quality of the food she made and served. The room was excellent and everything worked. There was plenty of grassed area behind the hotel to walk my dogs, with a poop bag station to deposit pet waste bags.

Stayed here for a business trip, the room was very clean and the bed was absolutely comfortable. Got breakfast one time and seemed to be a ton of options.the hotel inside and out looks nice and up to date. No complaints at all. I will stay here again on my next business trip.

It was One of the most Unaccommodating hotels we’ve stayed at. If traveling for work this is not your go to.

Started with Young lady at checkin, she seemed so un willing to help out not just us but the other people in front who were asking for simple items.

Room- they were pretty decent couple things the refrigerator was tiny no fridge, cabinet doors were broken and the ac didn’t cool, the restroom doesn’t have a vent.
No coffee in the lobby like all hotels we’ve stayed at. They keep it locked up in the breakfast room. Also its coffee out of a dispensing machine low quality.
As this is a convenient item to have for men leaving to work early. Since most will leave before breakfast is served.
Breakfast was also one of the worst we had, very minimal items and low quality. Old apples n oranges.

The snacks and food they have to sell are also overpriced to say a small bag that cost 50cents at Walmart is 2.00 there.
Also no outside places to sit other than bench by entrance so if you’re staying for long periods this is something to consider.
Lobby n pool, gym everything downstairs was warm to a point of feeling muggy.
Only plus is it’s newer but not worth it to have all the inconvenience

We booked for 6 nights, yet we will continue to be in town for sometime longer but will be staying elsewhere.
We do not recommend this place.

The entrance was clean and the front desk person was very polite and helpful. The room was clean with fresh linen. We slept so good after a 14 hr drive

Great place to stay on our way back from Colorado. Hotel is very clean and easy to access and lots of food places near as well. Plenty of places for our pup to use to potty as well. They had a hot breakfast but we didn’t have to time before we had to leave to try it. My only con was whoever was upstairs from us was jumping rope or something who knows what for ever from like 7-8 then 11-12 and it was very loud so the ceilings are kind of thin. We requested first floor but next time I’d definitely request top floor. Oh and the front desk staff were amazing and super helpful! We would stay again for sure.

Good looking hotel and ok rooms but the sheets where very old and itchy- the type of linen that has bumps and fuzziness sticking out. If you sleep naked your going to be itchy all night at this hotel. I had go put on jeans and a long sleeve shirt just to sleep on these itchy old linens

Decent hotel for the price. Hallways and elevator were warm and the rooms never seemed to really cool down with westerly facing windows until later in the night. Breakfast was plentiful and everything seemed pretty clean for the most part. Overall, it was nice stay and we'd consider staying here again.

Service was either overwhelmed; front desk person was only person there, or apathetic.

Parking over-run with large trucks or trucks and trailers taking a minimum of two spaces each.

We understand the issues caused by covid but when does that just become an excuse along with everything else?
