9 Waiting for a 45 minute and the doctor didn’t even appear, I had to leave
The discrimination is very clear
Horrible waiting period， expect to wait at least 1.5 hrs to see the doctor even you make a appointment
Dr Wang is nice but we always waiting for a hour even we make appointments in advance, Dr Wang’s time is time, our time is time too, I wish he can management time well on patient’s appointments
Sooner or later he has no patients if Dr Wang don’t improve it because I am going to change Doctor, today is my last time be here
I being looking for a Great profesional and kind doctor and finally I found the correct doctor Dr Wang is so kind and professional he really care about his patients I’m glad Dr Wang is here in Katy!
Very bad journey here! I have an appointment at 1: 40pm and checked in at 1: 30, but I haven’t seen the doctor by 3: 30! My god! I have spent 2hours here just for a prescription! What is the appointment for? ! Nothing!
Concern about customer service, staffs unexperienced, unprofessional and never call back as promised
Waiting time is too long even with appointments. My appointment was 12pm. I waited at least 1 hours. I asked them if they can do my blood work first since I didn’t eat anything. After blood work I can eat some snacks. The staff was inpatient and said I will check and never give back to me.
Last year, I did a annual check here. They asked me to come back to give me referral to see specialist and charged me $30. I asked why I need to see specialist, the NP said this is the standard procedure in American since one of my tests results is positive. And didn’t tell me why is it the standard procedure in US
I will change my doctor after this time. No recommended. If I could give 0 star, I would.
What an amazing doctor - caring to the point he is calling you at later evening to discuss new and better medicine he just found out about! Well above 5 stars to this old fashioned doctors who actually check you well before subscribing useless medicine
