Garret came out and provided a quote very quickly. His team did an amazing job of getting the roof done in time, and on budget. They were professional, courteous and very detail oriented. The project manager was here to supervise and ensure all work was done properly and communicated with me during the project.

BesTex replaced our roof after a hailstorm, they were quick and worked well with our insurance. They did a free inspection after a more recent hailstorm a couple of years after original replacement and were responsive and quick which I really appreciate.

Very satisfied with the work completed on our home by BesTex. The February Austin winter ice storm hit us hard and resulted in huge tree limbs on top of our home in addition to tree limbs covering our entire front and back yard. There was a lot of damage to our roof, siding, gutters, trim, etc. Rob with BesTex stopped by and offered help with moving some branches to clear the walkway into the house, but we declined as we needed to leave everything “as is” for the insurance adjuster to evaluate. Rob was helpful and let us know about BesTex and the services they offer, which included being present when the insurance adjuster was evaluating the damage for our claim. He knew a lot more about roof details than we did! We were so impressed with the new roof that we hired BesTex to complete additional much needed work to our home. Their expertise and craftsmanship was hands down the best we have seen. Their attention to detail and ensuring that we were completely satisfied with the outcome of the projects was greatly appreciated. I also have to mention working with Jodi at BesTex on our insurance claim was a pleasant experience as well. If you are looking for a good reputable contractor that you don’t have to babysit, call BesTex! You won’t regret it!

We had hail damage from the storm. Our insurance agent recommended BesTex. This contractor is excellent! There were areas on our roof that were soft and could leak. 24 hours after the initial contact, they had tarp put on the roof to prevent any problems before repair. When they say they are going to do something, they do it!

BesTex and Jeff were a pleasure to work with. Jeff was very quick to respond and quick to send updates along the way. We will defiantly use them again.

I called Jeff Vaughn to get an inspection on my roof after a hail storm occurred. He had a crew out within 3 days to check out the damage, and thankfully there was none! Highly responsive and professionally and definitely recommend!

Your Crew that worked on our job were amazing.
My office window overlooks the guest house. What I saw was an extremely efficient team that obviously have worked together for an extended period of time. They really did move effortlessly through the install, as a team. They also did a great job of clean up and ensuring everything was in order. I think I picked up significantly more of my own debris with our magnetic rake than theirs.

They also gave me a surprise.
We have a small coop that we raise chicks in, we call it the Epsilon Gamma Gamma sorority house. It has been missing shingles longer that I can recall. Your crew, while waiting for the final button up, put some shingles on the bare spot. I really appreciate the extra mile they went on this. I was sitting on the pool deck on Saturday, it took me a second to register what was different on the EGG house. It was a nice surprise, we really appreciate it!

The crew from BesTex did an awesome job on my roof! The process was made very easy and they were able to get a few extra items added to the insurance claim that were missed by the insurance inspector. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future projects on my house!

Couldn’t recommend Anthoni and his team more! They were so easy to work with and SO quick. Within 5 days the huge hole in my ceiling was repaired — their team was professional, timely, kind, and came in within $7 of my insurance estimate. These guys aren’t in it to make a buck off you but do quality work. Anthoni was responsive and when I needed to run some errands, I felt comfortable to leave them there and it was a seamless process.
