Bestway Rent To Own, Dallas TX

I have dealt with bestway for 7 months and I have only had professionalism and friendly staff from everyone who works here. When I was unable to pay they worked with me and understood why i couldnt pay on time. They show concern. They worked on me with the delivery.

I have rented several items and paid them off as well. The staff is wonderful and my experience has been great.

When it was time that my couch was paid off they charged two extra months because I was late on one payment. Now they are doing the same thing to my boyfriend. He should have been done but Mida said that since he was late that he had two more payments. What kind of place is this that they are allowed to charge this much extra money. Just put a late fee on instead of us having to pay whole extra payments. This place is ripping people off. Will NEVER recommend anyone going there if you are looking for good and responsible workers

Lied to about contract details. Now they are taking money from my account without authorization while my husband struggles to find work in a pandemic. Do not rent with them.

Best pricing and friendly service. Willing to work with any income and situation for a fast track to ownership.

This place is so bad if I could give this place a zero star I so would, this place need to be closed, the manger at the time tryed to yell at me over the phone, that was his worst mistake because I jumped back more meaner then the manger, don’t ever go to this place again,
