Food was good, but overpriced. Our waiter was very kind and attentive. But Be prepared to pay a service fee of about $4.00 for using a credit card. Also 18% tip automatically added to your bill.

HORRIBLE! I sat down and waited 10min to be given a menu and watched as at least two other tables were served chips and drinks and I was still sitting there with no one even bothering to say anything to me. I had to go up front and ask for a menu. I ordered lemon with my drink and had to ask two more times before they brought the lemon. They were out of what I ordered and gave me a substitution without asking. Whatever.

I would've given it 5 stars, however, they served me a crispy taco on top of an enchilada and I had to ask for a fresh shell. The waitress was awesome! IG: gmtvmodelVanessa

It sucked thirty two dollars for special enchilada plates a watered down tea was three twenty five a coke e over two dollars

For starters the "Beto's plate" was absolutely delicious.
The Beef fajita plate was delicously mouth watering.
The kids enchiladas plate was really good, my four year old is very picky and surprisingly he ate it all!
I give you 1-5 a well deserved 5!

Been a long time coming for this review. I don't usually review my favorite places simply for the fact that I love my little quiet spots yet it wouldn't be fair. This is bar non my absolute favorite hidden gem as far as restaurants.
Just ask for my favorite, migas y tocino con queso
Sometimes I even add in Cameron but only if your daring.

I went to get my burrito that I always get and this time they forget my meat so I called to see if I forgot to say it or they forgot to put it and he just hung up on me so I'm thinking maybe the phone is tripping but no he hung up on me again.just lost a good customer and I bring all my friends and family I bragged about this place hurt my feelings they treated me this way

Bad food again! Avocado tostada was just a salad on a tostada, I was expecting it would a least have beans if not meat to. The beef taco was more of a grease taco. Next time I'll order Taco Bell

The menudo is definitely delicioso! Use a pastor taco to dip into the menudo is even better. That's my own personal combination. Definitely a favorite of all my Mexican cooking restaurants!

It was my first and not my last visit to this hidden treasure. I've always believed that these little unknown places are the best. This one was definitely not disappointing. The food was authentically delicious and do was their natural juices. Try it, you won't be sorry.

Hadn’t been here since Covid started. It seems they’ve gotten even better. Service was friendly and fast. Food is solid Tex-Mex.classic Texas Mexican food in good ‘ol East Austin. Go here.

Enjoyed the food my only regret was not taking pictures or ordering a margaritas, which I will do next time I dine in, even though they were short on wait staff we got our food pretty quick.

The quesadillas are crispy and delicious. The food is plentiful and the large margarita does not skimp on flavor or alcohol.

I had the chipotle chicken and it was solid, it was big and filling. The chicken could have been a bit more flavorful but it was still very good, the food was reasonably priced. For 2 large margs, chipotle chicken and chicken quesadilla was 55$ (with tip).

Overall I’ll be coming back here for sure, the food is filling, reasonably priced and good and the margs are strong. Can’t ask for more.

I found a glass in my food and they gave me the same dish at the time of paying they charged me too, something more serious could have happened with that glass in my stomach or some other person or some child I do not recommend it at all a bad place
