Kailend is always quick to answer a service request. He is efficient, timely, social, friendly, and communicates well.
Ebony meets high expectations as a manager of the property. She goes above and beyond to help make my experience here a pleasant one. I couldn’t imagine a better person to take care of my needs.
Sydney is also no exception. She is outstanding. Helpful, knowledgeable, and sweet.

Appreciate all of you. I enjoy coming in to say hello to my favorite apartment group. They are all amazing.

I love Bevan apartments! Great community to live in. Everyone in the office is always so friendly and eager to assist with any need. Sydney’s smiling face is the first to greet you - always enjoy talking to her and Ebony!

Sydney has been very helpful to us since the day we moved in. We're a bit older than most tenants and Sydney has patiently helped us with things we were not familiar with.

Morgan was amazing. She helped in settling down and telling us all nitty gritty stuff with patience. I enjoyed in smooth move in. I further suggest to have luggage trollies for resident facilitation.

I called the Bevan today because I’ve been apartment shopping in this area since I am moving from out of state. Even though I don’t plan on moving until summer, Sydney was incredibly helpful over the phone and eased my mind about the stressful moving process. She even said I could personally reach out when I’m ready to make the move, and I can’t wait to settle into my future home!

This is a great place to live, and the staff is the best. Morgan especially is very kind and helpful.

Unprofessional. In writing the rep says the place was available and set up a time to meet. Then you remove things from your schedule to do this. Then you go all the way over there and the rep says it was rented. No phone call or follow up.

These apartments are beautifully put together love the flooring!

Morgan was very helpful and showed us exactly what was available. I love when I am only shown what’s available so you don’t mistakenly fall in love with something you can’t have. She answered all our questions pertaining to the rental details and additional amenities that are charged for. We are really excited to move into our new space!

Sydney and Ebony did a great job helping us tour this complex and had a wonderful experience, the amenities are unmatched. Excited to spend the next year here!
