My visit to Bexar Care was easy and informative. Adan did a great job of explaining the Cpap and made it easy for me to understand.

Renee is an idiot, has no idea how the actual medical billing works and has the audacity to not send medical records to the elderly patients who are asking for a release of records. Maybe hiring actual people who know the LCD for Medicare would help your business but in the meantime Medicare Fraud is real and you guys are getting reported!

Mr. Adan Treviño did a very thorough job of introducing me to everything I needed to know about sleep apnea, and teaching me how to use the equipment I received for my therapy. I knew nothing about the topic, but came away with clear explanations and instructions to be successful with the equipment. Mr. Treviño is professionally knowledgeable, and personally interested in his patients' well being. I am very grateful to him, and to Bexar Care Home Medical Equipment, and I am looking forward to using the equipment to improve my sleep and health.

I was very impressed with the young lady at the front desk even before I arrived at this facility, and I did mention it to her-she answered the telephone immediately. I was literally just a few doors away. I was a secretary for 45 years and I am a stickler for customer service. Upon my arrival, we introduced ourselves and that's when I shared my first experience with her. The second was even better. Only a few minutes later Adan Trevino came out for me. He proceeded to explain the CPAP machine. He was great then and here it is a week later and he is still on stop of things. He calls me to be sure I'm doing ok and I get to call him when I have a question. Great organization, great staff. Thank you

This company It's one of the few in San Antonio that takes medicare. They make the patient feel like they're not important. They only person that helped me was the store manager Renr, he was never in, when I called to follow-up.
The manager of the equipment named Gabriel was the worst person to deal with if you have Medicare he treats you like you are not worthy of his time. He discouraged me and my Doctor's staff in applying for a wheelchair, because the waiting line was so long that he did not know when or if I could get one!
My Dr's nurse was so upset that she called another company an d I am getting my new wheelchair in 4 to 6 week!

Adan was very patient and provided great detail on my husband's CPAP machine. He took the time to review each part on the machine and how to care for it properly. We appreciate the extra time and effort he took to ensure that we were comfortable using the machine.

AWFUL! This company should be closed down, they refuse to send medical records to another DME company when asked multiple times! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

They tried looking for a less expensive option for my nebulizer today. They do not allow service animals, however.

Horrible customer service, family member given an old, faulty breathing machine and they refuse to replace it! Called Medicaid to complain about this companies abuse

Worst customer service EVER. Don't waste your time. Every time I asked a question regarding insurance and availability of a rollator, the girl told me flat out to call some where else. After 4 times of stating that I will definitely go somewhere else.

This company does not deserve any stars. They brought a hospital bed with a mattress that I wouldn't let my pets sleep on much less my sick child. It's a glorified air mattress of the absolute lowest quality. When they brought the bed they forgot 2 other items that were ordered by her doctor. One of the items, the bedside commode was brought the next day but the shower chair was forgot a 2nd time. When asked about it, they advised that when they had additional orders in the area, then they could bring our shower chair, otherwise, I would need to go pick it up myself. I inquired as to whether or not they are a full service delivery company and Rene said, yes they are.clearly that's a false claim as we've been waiting almost a month for the shower chair. Rene did not give sh% when I called and cared even less when I had the insurance call them directly

Rudest guys I have ever spoken to. Not professional at all. When you call to ask a question they always cut you off and make it seem like you are bothering them. Every single time I speak to someone they are so rude. They NEVER call back, I’m constantly calling them and the lack of compassion is disgusting. They just want their easy pay checks from the government and I guess that’s all they care about. You shouldn’t be in medical supplies for people in need if you don’t have the heart to help.

I will probably use Bexar Care again because their prices are very competitive and, when the concentrator I rented broke, someone was monitoring email and came in on a weekend to replace it. Initial communication was difficult. Bexar Care asked me to provide confidential info over the internet without encryption. Also, the fax system was not working properly. This required my dr to fax a prescription three times before an alternate number was provided. Part of the tubing was missing. Because I had left the area for a few nights, I had to make it work with scotch tape. Bexar Care was later unable to provide me with a replacement. The pandemic has been hard on everyone. Perhaps I just encountered some burnout. Overall, I was taken care of adequately and did not feel valued as a customer.
