Today I went to get my auto registration stickers for my two automobiles. Abigail was professional and courteous. She understood my situation about my cars and help me get what I needed for them. Thank you.

The employees here were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised but happy with my visit. Within 30 min I was in and out.

The clerk that attended me had a bad attitude and was quite rude. No politeness whatsoever, plus she was incompetent.

Very professional and efficient. I'd like to recognize front desk staff member Alice P for her help in organizing my son and I's paperwork BEFORE we took a number, which streamlined our transaction once we were called. Alice P is a valuable asset to the office! Very helpful and friendly!

Spoke probably to 6-7 different employees, in person and over the phone, and every each of them gave me a different answer. Come on, make up your mind.

Waste of time, these days they make you drop off paperwork and deny it to just make you come back Day after day. Workers are rude, don't even try to help.

Inquired about property tax by phone with representative. Very courteous and professional. Wait time to speak to someone was just a little too long but understandable.

Appreciate the amazing service and the quick stay. I was in and out with replacement plates in 10 min.

Computers go down, understandable it happens, but shouldn't there be a manual process in place when this happens?

Came in today during lunch to renew my vehicle registration. The lobby was busy but I only waited 10 minutes before being seen by a friendly attendant.

I went for a little transferred. We had problems with the transfer because of the previous owners buying the plates right before we purchased it. It took awhile. Thanks to Debra and Sandra Sanchez they were able to fix the problem so I didn't have to make another trip

I was having an unusual issue and kept having to go to a different department, the staff was very kind and apologetic.

Come right before close - I was in and out in 6 mins. Previously unheard of.
Usually a pretty long wait but the ticket/number system is pretty decent (especially compared to dmv).

One word on my address that wasn't on the paper work, and was on my license caused them not to give me my inspection sticker, registration, and title. Very frustrating considering I went to two places that are a must before them so I can get what I needed, all to walk out empty handed, twice!

Best tax office in Texas. I missed my registration EVERY year but when I come here, I'm in and out in less than 10 min.

Those Dirty rotten scoundrels are horrible. They Admitted under oath that my house is 450 sq ft smaller but won't change my taxes.

Went this morning to get my vehicle inspection it was quick and painless! Go right when the office opens you won't regret it!

Best time I've ever had getting my truck registered. Ms. Samantha Busby was extremely cheerful and incredibly helpful. Even though I made the process a lot more difficult than it had to be, she never stopped making jokes and she was always ready to explain the paperwork. Five stars for turning a crappy process into an enjoyable experience!

This office is a joke. The policies/regulations are terrible. The workers possess very little combined intelligence.
