Albert was very helpful in getting my license plates sorted out. Explained everything to me took about 40 mins to complete everything which in my opinion wasn't bad. This includes the wait time.

Gave me the run around because I don't have my TX license yet, so said I couldn't get my handicapped plates. The other location already gave me TX plates with an out of state license, they just didn't have the handicapped ones because it was a drive through kiosk.

I do dealer work for my employer which entails going monthly to drop off a small package of registration renewals and signing in the documents. Take 3 minutes. New procedures called for waiting in line to get a number. Took 45 minutes to get a number and 45 minutes to get called. Ridiculous for a drop off package. Highly disorganized.

I came to do my car registration and it’s been 2 months and my plates never arrived at my home. I explained to the lady I was in the process of moving, “here is my new and permanent address”
When nothing ever came in the mail I came back. This time I’m being told to pay for registration a 2nd time like they don’t have my initial payment already. I will file with my bank that I payed for a service but it was not rendered. As a consumer, I should not have to double check the work of the people working here it’s literally their job.

After arriving much later than I intended (at least 20-30 minutes before opening, like most government offices) at 08: 03, my heart dropped when I saw a line of 15 people outside- but after getting in line, I was inside within 10 minutes with my temperature checked, and I received a ticket after another 5 minutes or so. Then my number was called after less than 15 minutes and everything was handled really quickly- in and out, less then 40 minutes for a title transfer. I'm easy to impress, but the efficiency of this place definitely deserves recognition. My teller mentioned it used to be a different, much slower system that changed a few years ago with the ticket and specialized window system- kudos to the management!

The people are super courteous, even if the wait is super long. They did help me with a little problem and I am very thankful.

I went in to switch our title and registration since we recently moved back. I was worried I wouldn’t get the help I needed to complete everything in one visit because it’s a lot of confusing paperwork. The person helping, I believe his name was Reuben, was so patient and helpful! I really appreciated him taking the time to make sure all the forms were completed properly, and he also gave me some helpful tips like making sure we didn’t have to return our plates to our previous state. It took about 30 minutes but I walked out with everything filed and our new plates/registration.

Don’t recommend this location for Apportioned registration. They ask for unnecessary documentation such as original proof of original mileage, proof business ownership.why, i looked on the previous registration and it says exempt under miles. So i went to another location and got the vehicle registered. Same day. No issues.

Sure there was a long line. It took about 2 hours to from start to finish to transfer my title. However the staff were incredible! Everyone was very friendly and moved at a great pace. The wait was long because there were a ton of people there, not because the staff wasn’t working hard. This was my second stop in my adventure of transferring a truck title. The first place I went to told me that I was going to have to get a bonded title because the seller made a mistake when signing the title. However the employees at this office assured me that that was not the case and thanks to our friend Covid the usual fee that would be associated with the mistake was waived. All in all an excellent experience.

I truly didn't mind the wait because I'm new to texas and the wait in California is about the same so I'm use to waiting. But the lady at window 10 was rude & short with me. New customer service training 4 her

I called three times today. Each time I waited atleast 30 mins. No one answered. Very inefficient. 0 star for customer service.

Arrived one hour before open, all forms complete. Upon open, refused number until I filled out an additional form. Now behind twenty people, will miss mandatory event at work. Thanks for setting the new standard for terrible service.

2 hour long line standing outside before you can even get a number to be called. Why don't they do what everyone else does to reduce occupancy levels and have a way to sign in and wait in your car instead of STANDING in a line for hours just to get the sticker on your vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous, egregious and unacceptable they are tax office of one of the largest counties in Texas and they can't even keep up with basic technology.

Just got off the phone with Ms. Mora. She was extremely helpful and directed me to the correct location to retrieve my property tax information. Ms. Mora went above and beyond! Well done!

I wish I could give 0 stars. My husband is a US Army vet while I’m still in. We went in to get his disabled veteran plates and experienced great help until it came to the woman who processed our paperwork. She was extremely rude to us and spoke to us like we were dumb or like a child. It was incredibly irritating and I wish I didn’t have to deal with that.

A horrible experience. I am on my fifth visit for a simple transfer of title, and every employee I have spoken to has had a different "opinion" on what the process is. If this is questioned, they respond with condescending comments, ("are you able to understand what a sibling is? " Etc.) or on one occasion, literally threw our paperwork and just left. Despite long waits, one employee sat at her counter cutting up water bottles with scissors for more than ten minutes, then yelled at the next person who went to her window. The manager i have spoken to most recently, named "Tac, " came out sighing loudly and was equally rude. She would not review the issues in question, (were two employees had differing opinions.) Nor would she guarantee that the steps she called for were correct. I left with a nauseous and angry feeling in my stomach that I have never had with an institution like this. It felt personal and vindictive, and bizarre. I would recommend going to any other location, even if far less convenient.

Have been to this location three times now for different reasons. Staff has always been courteous and efficient. Security at door professional and courteous. The entire staff does a good job and need to be recognized for the good service they provide. Thank you!

I've thus far in previous years consistently received courteous, helpful, professional, and quicker than expected service from the Nagadoches office location!
