Trina has always listened and taken care of any issue that comes up with the rental property. At one time I thought it was a power line that was low she sent someone to check it and she replaced power box due to damage from storm. No hot water water backed up less then couple of hours and she had someone here to repair. She nor any staff member gives us a hard time they are always available if needed and pay your rent take care of the property and be respectful and they do the same and everything is perfect.perfect landlord just be a good renter. I'm the son of Virginia Balderama and my mom has always felt she was in good hands with bexar rental properties.
