Bexley 3Five Apartments, Austin TX

Great apartment complex, great staff, no issues with parking, noise or anything like that. Maintenance is great at responding to work orders. Messages to office staff are answered quickly during the day. My mother and I are very happy here.

We have had a great experience with the team at Bexley 3Five! The leasing agent was able to show us the apartment via zoom and was able to answer all of our questions via phone and email. We are looking forward to relocating to Austin and moving in at Bexley 3Five!

I love our apartment. The maintenance staff is fast at coming out to replace lights and whatnot. The leasing office ladies are all really friendly and extremely helpful. Anytime I email them for questions they’re always very responsive.

I love Bexley 3Five and am really sad to be leaving. I have never lived anywhere else that treated me like an actual person rather than just a paycheck. Recently, there have been some changes in management and it has been a very smooth transition. Any time I have any questions or need anything at all, they are able to assist me. My hot water was acting up just last week and, even though they knew I was leaving soon, they were still very quick to get my water fixed. Maintenance and management are extremely kind and courteous. Other tenants are considerate of your privacy and space, which is very important during this pandemic.

I can't imagine living anywhere else, I am going to miss my Bexley 3Five family greatly! Thank you for all of your kindness these past few years!

Any issue I’ve had was quick to get resolved and always with a smile. The front office people are nice and informative and they do a lot for us. They usually have some kind of renters appreciation event every month. This month, we got free a redbox movie rental AND snacks! Things may not be 100% perfect but the complex is safe and clean and the staff really do care about making sure we are taken care of.

We love Bexley 3Five! It’s exactly what we were looking for and great if you have pets. Always clean, and any issues are taken care of right away. Taylor at the leasing office is always so nice and helpful!

I absolutely love Bexley 3Five! The staff is very nice and professional and I love the quick turn around that they have with maintenance requests!

This apartment is known for lying and has a bad reputation for a reason. Weinstein Properties ripped of one of their contractors in Virginia, and lied to tenants, They also overcharged people in North Carolina. Now they are doing the same exact thing here in Austin. Liars and cheats. Its their way of doing business.

Bexley 3Five is known for lying and hiding the truth. They deleted their entire Facebook Review page when the ratings started to get too low after residents started voicing their opinions. Here is the proof:
The front office at Bexley 3Five are liars and will say anything for you to sign a lease, complete with fake smiles. They try to claim any negative review is fake, meanwhile they post fake positive reviews. Think twice before you sign a lease here, Weinstein Properties is bad news.

This is an awesome place to Live, the staff has always been courteous, polite and helpful with all of my questions or concerns. The maintenance team has always responded quickly to any requests even the same day! I highly recommend Bexley35 to any young professionals looking for a great place in South Austin!

2 months in and we have dealt with bad parking, gate issues, hot water issues, ants and spiders. It was a nuisance but we looked past it. Everything was bearable and we even started to like living here until we found a SCORPION in our living room. Not a roach, or a spider but a scorpion. The worst part is that I let the leasing office know and even spoke to a manager named Robert and he did absolutely nothing about it. It amuses me that these living standards are acceptable and that they couldn't do anything. That scorpion could of easily stung one of us and potentially kill our dog. "We will deal with that when it happens", was Robert's response to my concern of getting stung or finding other scorpions.

*Update* Maintenance showed up the next day but nothing was really done about the issue, since by then my husband had already removed the scorpion. Robert called us the next day as well but was more concerned about this review than the issue at hand. Its upsetting that instead of trying to resolve the issue he would simply try to cover it up. That comment was made, right before the call ended, if I could share the content of that call it would be clear that there was a lack of empathy and professionalism, not to mention rudeness. You keep referring to the scorpion as a pest to belittle the situation but its absurd that the monthly "pest fee" does not cover them and we would have to pay out of pocket if we wanted to do something about the scorpions. It simply makes no sense how this complex can allow something that can be detrimental to the safety of its tenants.

This is a beautiful complex with great views of the green hills of South Austin, and the trails around the complex, cascading pool, and large dog park make this place awesome for anyone who needs a nature retreat as part of their home. The staff has been very knowledgeable and responsive and the leasing process is easy. The walk-in closets are great (shoe-lover friendly) and the valet trash and in-unit laundry make this place the best find for it's price and location.

Ms. Taray Woods has been a pleasure from the start! My friend and I toured an apartment after some -not so great- experiences at other locations in the area. Was extremely impressed by the professional atmosphere. We toured the property, which was clean and well set up. Loved that the mock apartments were fully furnished, it really added that extra touch. Upon filling out the renter application, the process was smooth and easy. I spoke with Ms. Woods multiple times with questions and concerns and she was so kind and understanding! Needless to say we cannot wait to move into our new apartment.

Smooth process with the application and friendly service! The place is gorgeous and will definitely make you be happy to go home!:) Great price for Austin area and easy access to highways to get to downtown and the university!

I had not lived in an apartment complex for the last three years, so I was a little weary about coming back to one. The management team has made sure all my fears are gone! They are super attentive, friendly and welcoming. There has never been an unanswered question or an issue that has not been followed-up until it is resolved. Would recommend this place to just about anyone!

Amazing tour guide, very detailed in terms of the lease and apartment. It's a very beautiful apartment complex. Would recommend to anyone who is apartment hunting.

No community events, recreation room cannot be rented, when you finally start to recognize the staff members, ban! They change everyone again. Gate is ALWAYS broken. 6 month ago i would have given them a 1 start but they have improved some. The place is nice and maintenance team is quick, but lack experience and expertise.
