I have been attending classes since April and really enjoy the Pilates and Beyond 500 classes. All of their instructors are fantastic and the classes are never boring. I am stronger and leaner than I have been in years.

I have tried the Beyond 500 and a HIIT classes and they are so fun! I would recommend it to anyone in the area who is looking to step up their workout routine! I love this place!
