Warehouse Biagi Brothers reviews
18It was a little dirty but they have a lot of business. They have some foreigners there who do not speak very good English also. It took around 2 hours to get loaded. Ive still been to worse places though. Not a terrible place at all. They lady who come out to put the seal on the trailer was really sweet.
Even though I broke down out in the street. They got me loaded quickly after my truck got fixed.
I've been here twice this week, and both times no problems other than having to back over the curb. Nice people, easy check in, given a door right away both times, in and out no problems.
Would be 5 stars, but that curb.
I read the reviews and became very skeptical about working the load. Had some issues with the correct load number, but wasn’t the shippers fault. Once in the dock, loading was faster than expected. If you get a dock where you need to jump the curb. Bungee your mudflats up so the wheels doesn’t rip them off.
These guys were great. Very pleasant. In and out less than an hour. Heard horror stories, but my experience was great!
Great people here.
I was sorry to have to show up late. But they understood.
There are still kind folks in the world.
Nice people here!
Forklift driver Francisco was very kind.
App 7 am door immediately, I had to wait because there were several ahead of me, but it was fast. 1 hour and ready go.
Strictly appointment.
Overnight no problem, park in front de Warehouse over street.
Worse place you can ever go deliver I got here last night check in at 8: 30am apointment was at 9am they made me come back at 9am and is know 12: 27pm and I am in door they haven't breaking the seal or anything try to avoid place worse ever I had to give 1 star cuz I could not just get none
Parked on the street and checked in 15 minutes before appt. Got door assignment and backed in over curb. Ready to roll in a little over 2 hours. Nice friendly people.
The truck driver arrives at the time of his appointment, even then it takes more than 3 hours to load, they do not deserve a star
2cnd time here, same result as before. People are nice enough, but painfully slow both times. 1300 appointment time, 1700 still here and not loaded. Probably won't come back, just too much time wasted.
Extremely slow. Jam packed all day. DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY THINKING YOU CAN CHECK IN 1 MINUTE BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT! I got there at 11 Am for a 3 pm appointment because I was already in the area they would not take me even 10 minutes before 3 pm I walked up to the office 3 times but it's an appointment for a reason right? So that wasn't the main issue the main issue is 3 pm came and they want to not check anyone in because they had a meeting them I finally get in a door at 330 and they came and brought me my paperwork at 830pm was literally the 2nd to last truck to be loaded for the day. They had one guy tried at 8 am didn't get loaded till 2 pm and they over loaded him as he was over weight he had to come back and then he didn't get his fixed until 9pm that night. Ots really tight backing in and there is trucks parked on the side in front of you and it's just a mess all the way. Will not come back here BE WARNED!
Pretty busy. I was dispatched on this load late and so arrived about 30mins to an hour late for my pick up appointment. They still had me on a dock fairly quickly and loaded at some point. Busy place but comparatively quick load.
The worst 2pm appt wouldn’t take me early put me in door at 2pm didn’t get in the trailer until 5: 40 back on the road at 7pm
Don't show up early, they won't check you in until 10 minutes before appointment. Once I was in a door it took 3 hours for the forklift to hit my trailer. So a total of 5.5 hours later I was done and no time on my clock. Finished my 10 on the street! Pack a lunch!
The location is a shipper of beer. You park along the street and walk into the office, make sure to bring driver license. Have to blindside back from street, not a problem. Loading is fairly quick.
OTR: What a waste.
Checked in and, got a door was told to wait in truck until someone come out and get paperwork, waited for 4 hours to get loaded after loaded, went inside and was told again to wait in the truck, waited for another 45 minutes and, asked a guy on the dock, said 10 minutes more and finally got paperwork after 30 minutes.
