I can’t thank Dr. Biavati and his staff enough for the care they provided to my son. He was diagnosed with tongue tie and had difficulty feeding. The staff knew he needed to be seen right away and got us scheduled quickly. As a brand new mom, I was very anxious but the staff and Dr. Biavati explained everything and the procedure went very smoothly. I will definitely use Dr. Biavati in the future.

Dr. Biavati has removed tonsils and adenoids on 3 of my daughters and put tubes in my 4th daughter. He is the most professional and caring doctor I have ever interacted with. I never doubted my daughters were in the absolute best hands when he was with them. He was honest with me when he felt my last one wasn’t at the point of needing her tonsils removed yet, which I appreciated because I feel like so many would prioritize the money-making surgery over doing what’s best for the child. He always speaks to me, but also to my children to make them feel less scared. His staff is fantastic and always tries to be as accommodating as possible. His audiologist has toys and bubbles to make hearing tests fun for kids, and my kids ask to have hearing tests every time we go. I can’t recommend him enough. I’ll never take my kids anywhere else.

Be prepared to wait an hour after the time of your appointment to see the doctor. Zero respect for patients time.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. It should be shut down. The staff is extremely rude, the doctor is rushed and dismissive, the wait time is unacceptable, and the scheduling department is the worst of them all. I’ve been trying to get my babies ears fixed since April. The doctor comes in and see’s us for 2 seconds, and then tells us to come back in 2 months to see if there is fluid in his ears still. This has happened 3 times already, each time requiring a $70 copay. Today, I went to my follow up appointment scheduled 2 months ago; and I was told that it was my responsibility to get my referral extended so they would not be able to see me because insurance might not pay them since THEY FAILED TO NOTIFY THE PATIENT THAT THE REFERRAL WAS NEEDED. Nobody ever told me that this needed to be done when they were scheduling me, or in the 6 reminder texts and emails that I responded to confirming my appointment. The receptionist refused to help me resolve the issue, and only said that she’d reschedule me for next month because they were closing soon. I have NEVER in my life come across a “specialists” office with such rude staff. They DO NOT want to work, and refuse to do anything that slightly resembles it. Please save yourself the heartache, headache, time, and money. Drive the distance to a provider who will actually care about the health of your child.

Very nice doctor who did tubes for both of my children. Within the last year Office wait times and scheduling is a nightmare. He ran 2 hours late for my sons tubes (we were the first scheduled surgery of the day). I let that go. My husband took him to an appt a few weeks ago and he ran an hour late. We let that go. I went in today and after getting us in a room they let us know that he was running an hour late and that it might be longer. No guarantee if when he would actually be seeing my son. The next available appt is April 11.

Called another pediatric ENT, explained the situation and that my son needed to be seen asap for chronic ear infections from a blocked tube. We have an appt for tomorrow morning.

Hope they can get this scheduling Issue fixed. Would not go back here as of now.
