Bibbentuckers - Uptown / Midtown, Dallas TX

Got new Tennis shoes and immediately stepped in mud with them on. Had to bring them in and they look as good as new now and for a great price! Definitely coming back.

I gave the 10 piece 5 clothes and 5 shoes they will tell you roughly $160 — I spent $300
And none of the clothes is clean and none of the shoes is clean like how I want to
I will never come back here and bad customer service they let you feel it’s your fault! $300 for nothing! I wish if there was negative stars so i can give them

I don't know what is going on with Bibbentuckers but their service quality has plummeted over the last 6 months. They claimed two Brooks Brothers bespoke suits had manufacturing defects so that is why the fabric was puckering. I took them to another dry cleaner (value priced) and magically the puckering was almost gone! Turns out they over steamed the jackets but did not take responsibility! To add insult to injury I asked for a lining rip to be fixed (and I was charged $15) but it was not done. No quality control apparently. I am beyond disgusted by their poor service while paying top dollar. Look elsewhere for a dependable dry cleaner.

If you want your clothes missing then feel free to enjoy their service. Bad customer service every time I asked for an update. Every day they claim they will find it the next day and call me with an update. Never get an update until I call myself. My most recent update is within the next week they might know more… Very disappointed

I’ve had a really great experience with Bibbentucker’s Uptown and their Home Delivery services! Everyone is so communicative, responsive and friendly! Highly recommend them if you want a quality, professional job done.

I brought in a $250 luxury, exclusive sweater that I specifically indicated should not be washed and was dry clean only (it's clearly indicated on the tag of the garment and even on my receipt). Lo and behold my garment came back clearly washed (two shades lighter), heat dried (shrunken), and improperly treated. Completely unacceptable.

Edit:
Wow, just also noticed that the front pocket has 4 finger sized holes where the pocket is sown onto the rest of the sweater. So ontop of fading and shrinkage, there is legitimate damage to the garment.

You've just lost a customer and I will never recommend anyone bring their sensitive garments to Bibbentuckers again.

Great cleaners and they have great customer service. More like boutique service. Drive thru makes it quick and easy. Took off one star because they are excessively expensive

Excellent service and customer service. A bit pricey, but for your better pieces and to maintain those favorite items, mo better location in the metro.

Sent a floor length gown for cleaning that I wore to a wedding and stepped in cake icing. Over $50 and there was still cake on the bottom of the dress! Unfortunately I didn’t notice this until the night I needed to wear the dress again. Fortunately I had a back up dress.

Had several shirts altered to remove an exterior tag. Very pleased with the work but there was a temporary tag on the inside that was left for me to remove on all of them. Still highly recommend their service.

Wonderful dry cleaning job & they also sewed a loose button on & fixed a broken snap. Thank you!

UPDATED REVIEW: Unfortunately, I have had to downgrade my review to 1 star. I sent my shoes in for a cleaning because I had some water spots on them after leaving them out in the rain, and I got them back WORSE than I sent them out! DO NOT SPEND THE $16 TO GET YOUR SHOES CLEANED.

We have a pick up service for my company and Mike Snider has always amazing to us! Today, we had an urgent request and Mike was not available, so I called Bibbentuckers and spoke with Clarence over the phone. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me today with my special request and his customer service skills were GREAT!

I am changing my review here due to my recent experiences with this location. The Manager reached out to me and addressed my concerns. She was helpful, reasonable and fair. Her follow up was excellent. I will be using this location again.
