I called and spoke to Chris about my medical coat and he said to bring it in by 8am sharp. Though I didnt make it on time I could tell this place means business. Staff at the front was courteous and empathetic with my need for rush service. Prices are reasonable, service is excellent and result was fantastic. Easy in and out and highly recommend this dry cleaner if youre in the Plano area!

Rude employees, overpriced and under valued service as always, having to take garments back to redo. Was told they can’t clean drapes or even iron them out. Will take my business elsewhere.

Manager Sandra is great. These people get everything right about 99.8% of the time. When they make a mistake (very, very rare), they don't fight, argue, dispute. Sandra says, sorry we made a mistake here. That means everything to me. I recommend this Bibbentuckers location highly, mainly because of the manager Sandra. If you have an issue, she will make it right.

Spenders: take your money elsewhere!

Dropped off 2 quilts with few other things

First, they lose 1 of the QUILTS, and when they recover it, it’s not even touched or cleaned. Still got charged for the “service”.

I call the headquarters to resolve with no one there to answer.
I call the center and they seem to care less with no apology or care for my business.

The center manager tried to bluff by saying “I saw them clean”. How does the quilt smell the SAME as I dropped it off?

Guess I will take my $500 elsewhere

Dropped off a Peter Millar button down and Bibbentuckers ripped it. Instead of owning up to it, the employee insisted I brought the shirt in with a rip. Why would I pay to dry clean a ripped shirt? Beyond the worst customer service! I will be taking my business elsewhere. I suggest every other customer does as well.

Ladies, NEVER get your clothes dry cleaned here! Went to the Bibbentuckers at Preston and Forest. I got my husband's dress shirt and a long chiffon dress dry cleaned. When I went to pick them up I was told the total was almost $60 when I asked why it was so high they said that all of their dresses (casual or formal-I wouldn't consider this dress to be formal; it was $90) start at $50. I was never told this when I dropped it off, there were no signs inside and online it says dresses start at $15. I called customer service after I left and they said they get this complaint a lot. I told them if they are going to charge so much that they needed to be TRANSPARENT about it. They didn't have anything to say about it. So they've lost our business for good.
