Imagine how much business you loose on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis when a customer comes into your store to purchase products and your personnel hangout in the back or at the counter ignoring the customer? Today, I wanted tires, stood at the display looking for my size and was completely ignored for like 3-5 mins in an empty store! I just spent $130 ordering 2 tires online,

Every experience I’ve had has been fantastic. Staff is super knowledgable and friendly. Scott in particular has been a huge help - tons of great advice and you can tell he’s super passionate about what he does

Had a great experience here as a first time buyer, staff was very helpful. The employee that assisted me was Scott, he was very knowlegeable and helped tremendously when trying to understand frame sizes and geometries of various bikes. I settled on a Scott Aspect 950 and couldn't be happier.

Went by there to buy a cover and wound up learning alot from the employee who helped me. Learned about bikes and sidewalks and more concerning safety issues.actually took the time to look at their bikes and I'll probably go back for sure if I decide to get a tricycle.they have some nice ones.

I walked in, they walked out to the back. Was there for about 10 mins walking around, so i just left, i guess they don't like my kind

I’m disappointed with bicycle world rgv Corpus Christi, for the amount of money (300$) that I spent with them they’ve could of had the courtesy to clean my bike. I felt like they just wanted to fix my bike and get me out of there, when I originally took it there I asked the guy if he could look at my cat eye (I know it’s old-school compared to what they have now) but he didn’t even bother he just tried to sell me something new. Won’t be going back there.

Randy helped me to rebuild a bicycle and was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. The owner is a triathlete and very interested in his store. All the employees have always treated me kind and have been helpful. I have been going to this store since 1977, when it was The Pedal.

The staff there is absolutely professional very very helpful very knowledgeable I won't take my bike anywhere but there. The guys are absolutely great.

Bought a brand new bike for $335,2 days later decided i wanted to return it, and they just wouldn't give me my money back.very disappointed, only rode it one time, even worse, the owner wants to lie about scratches being on it

Went in for a replacement tube got exactly what I needed. The person helping was extremely friendly and helpful. Ordered a Bike from another website and it came in really beat up almost look used. Will never make that mistake again as I learned they can order pretty much anything I want from my 2 favorite bike companies. Don’t risk it online shop local so you can see what you are spending your hard earned money on. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Side note not related to the review it’s nice to some familiar faces still working there even after the ownership change. Used to shop there as a kid and recognized a couple of them.

I went to RGV Bike World to get a new rotor installed and to check my brakes. They installed the rotor for me for free, which I am thankful for. However, they held my bike for 2 weeks to check the brakes when it was initally supposed to take 3-days max. I called several times and even came in to the store, there was no progress at all. After 2 weeks, I called and they said the bike has BEEN ready. I asked what was done to the bike, they said the rotor was installed and the brakes were not fixed or checked. I get to the business to pick up my bike, and they tell me the brakes have been checked and fixed. They asked me to pay for the brakes being fixed, which I have no problem doing.but don't do something without asking. This lack of communication is not suitable for my business, so I will be taking it elsewhere. I ended up paying a discounted rate on my brakes, which I felt was a compromise. The mediating price does not remove the feelings I have towards this experience.

The staff here is great! Scott is excellent and imformive and deserves a raise he always hits me with the 411 on cycling this man deserves a promotion.

Scott went above and beyond to answer all my questions and help me make the perfect choice. He even stayed late to ensure I got my bike on order.

My wife and I just recently entered the mtb world. We were having a nightmare with so called bike techs and with other salesmen from other bike shops. Bought bikes but had to return them do to lack of performance and not being properly assembled. Stopped in here and Ernie turned our nightmare into a daydream. We left there with two new bikes and fully satisfied with performance and assembly. Hands down the place to go in corpus for all your bike needs.

Needed to replace front brake cable. Randy was kinda enough to fix my issues. I was out of store within 25 minutes. Service like this, is why I don't go to Bay Area shop. Thank you Randy for excellent customer service.

Knowledgable staff, some guys better than others. Nice bikes althoug I'd like to see more kid specific brands in bike shops. But thats just industry practice. They have OM Flyers, SE 24" BMX, pleanty of Sundays and tons of Specialized.
