Great customer service. They were able to get a replacement firebox for my big green egg in two weeks. Most other Ace Hardwares in the area wouldn’t even bother to go through the warranty process. This is my preferred Ace Hardware now, even though it’s an hour from my house.

The fudd LEO behind the gun counter is pro-infringement for civilians. I detest any store who doesn't fully support civilian gun and ammo ownership. They will never have my business again.

You know at first I was like another over priced hardware store. But not so much here.they at least have what YOU WANT not what they are going to mark up in price and have no choice to buy…. Plus the staff is funny, helpful and polite…. But watch out for the curly red head!

When you replace cabinet knobs, when you lose the nut and washer. They have them here. And I bought hand held pact tool to break up the hard rock.

I’ve been in this store many times. Employees have always been very friendly and helpful. However, the last time I was in there a kind, mature gentleman was helping me who was new and he was unfamiliar with what we were dealing with. He asked another young lady “M” to help him and she was very rude and disrespectful to him. Then she took over helping me and was as equally rude and disrespectful to me. I was very taken back by her poor people skills. I could tell that she was very comfortable acting in such a manor. Great job mom and dad.

Great store for everything you need. Besides hardware they carry a huge selection of BBQ's and the firearms/ammunition depth is fully stocked with rifles, handguns, targets, cleaning supplies and anything else you need. They have even managed to keep ammo on the shelves restocking with shipments coming in everyday. The staff is always super helpful and polite. This is my go to store, its always a pleasure shopping at Biederman's.

Wow this store is top notch! They you are greeted and treated as a customer is out of this world!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by one of their employees! He was very professional and Knowledgeable he helped me with everything I needed.
What really impressed me was that other employees were calling him to help them and he responded " I am taking care of my customer when I am done I will be there" WOW you don't see this very often!
