Biff Buzby's Burgers, Live Oak TX

We love this place. Our kiddos always enjoy a rootbeer float and I love the mushroom burger with fried pickles. The staff is great!

I purchased their 5 bacon BLT. The bacon was horrible. Two pieces were done and the rest were not cooked properly. And, ordered fried catfish. It was not cooked properly either. No attention to detail or care. We throw away our lunch!

First time coming here. Never even heard of it before but it is now wife and mine favorite burger place. Already called some friends to recommend it.

Big burgers, and tasty too, which is good for the price paid. You get plenty of tots or fries or sweet potato fries, depending on what you'd like - plus a nice spread of appetizers are on offer. When I see "cheesesticks" and "fried mushrooms" my thoughts go to the typical pre-made, open-the-bag-and-into-the-fryer type of fare.but these seem all made in-house! Good stuff. To-go orders are generously packed with condiments and utensils. "Worth the wait" is a good way to put it. The atmosphere is like an airplane hangar.for better and for worse. Lots of aeronautical theming, also the lights are bright and it can get loud with music and the crowd when busy.

Tried the franken burger special and it was pretty good. The beer battered fires are the absolute best.

Not only is the food fresh and delicious but the customer service is amazing! A definite for the fried mushrooms and sweet potato fries! That mushroom burger is mmmmm

Service was great, really friendly. The fries were good. Burger was a little overcooked, in my opinion.

Came in for lunch today with a class of special needs students. We were greeted with warm welcoming smiles. I love visiting places that see our students as individuals and LISTEN TO THEM for their order. We visited without notice and were able to be seated in the party room. The service was outstanding. The food came out quickly and hot. It was delicious. The staff was very kind.

The cashier also took into account that we were an elementary school and immediately changed the music that was being played. She did not want the kids hearing the music. We would never ask for it to be changed but were happy that they noticed.

The kiddos enjoyed the food and thats what matters the most.

The ICE CREAM to end the meal was a plus!

I will be visiting again.

Do not order this restaurant's food through a delivery service and make sure you ALWAYS check your to go orders if you order for pick-up! I NEVER RECEIVE MY FULL ORDER FROM THEM! I have tried multiple times and they ALWAYS leave items out. The burgers are decent, the beans are good, but I'll place my orders elsewhere in the future. It's not a fluke with these guys - they simply can't read orders, I guess. If you're dining in and can chase down your food, you're probably fine, but I'm done.

Love their burgers but bread/bun was not the sourdough bun I loved. New ones are too thick.

The food is always great. I love the change in the atmosphere. It looks a lot cleaner and more open. The only disappointment was they took the bacon jam burger off the menu.

I don’t know what happened but the burger tasted like something you’d get at work on a Friday when your boss tries to grill for everyone with cheap burger pattys from Sams. We also had the fried pickles and they just seemed a little over done. This place used to be really good.

It has a traditional atmosphere without being flashy.

I received today's recommendation, and the portion was more than I could have imagined from the price.
I would like to try a different menu next time.

Well for starters the burger patty was flavorless (probably not seasoned) the bun was stale and hard and the onion rings tasted like they were battered in funnel cake. Service was slow, and unfriendly. Music in the overtly empty restaurant was also too loud to think. Will definitely never return. I wished I had gone across the street and saved money. 20 bucks is pretty steep for a burger, drink and side. Shame, because I used to like this place 10 years ago. Has definitely gone downhill in terms of quality.

Hit or miss. Place used to be consistently really but ive been real disappointed with my last few orders from here.my last order the meat tasted off and left me sick that night and the days following. Hoping they turn it around cause i really loved this place

The buffalo mozzarella sticks were delicious, but the rest of the food we got was very mediocre. The staff didn’t seem very happy and I felt like we inconvenienced them by being there. I do think this place is worth trying at least once, but we probably won’t go back.
