Let me tell you something about this insurance group alright. Ashley has always been the biggest help and was always able to answer any questions I had without hesitation. I don't know why anyone after coming here would ever go anywhere else. The customer service is the biggest plus they are always so kind and sweet and have always taken very good care of me.

They were very fast, very helpful, very informed. It was a pleasure. I called and led than 1 hour later I had an affordable good policy for my home.

Jessica is awesome! She has been working with us for a while on our company's properties and is always ready to handle all of our requests. She is very responsive to emails and quick to send quotes. She has been a joy to work with! I defintely recommend her services!

This company has terrible communication skills and customer service. I guess business is so good that customers don't get the personal touch. They are the reason I lost my homeworkers policy and now pay three times as much.

So easy to deal with! Didn't try and scam me by saying my house was worth almost double as to what it is. We completed the transaction by text/email (my preference) without having to 'call to discuss', but he gives you either option. Only thing I had to do was take a check into him.

I switch to Brock after Harvey when my homeowners policy skyrocketed. Not only did they get me great coverage and rate on my homeowners policy (which has not changed in premium) but they also got me great coverage at great rates on our vehicles and travel trailer. (which have not increased either) When I have needed to contact them and or make a policy change, they are quick to reply and quick to make whatever changes I need. Always so nice and that means alot!
