Big 5 Tire & Auto, Longview TX

My tire sensor came on and Jose had no problem checking my tires and he did it as courtesy. Very nice and great customer service.

I was very unhappy with their service. Have been there twice this week to get a flat repaired on the same tire. It still goes flat. Long waits both times & felt like I was being played. Said they couldn't get plastic stud cover off & that I'd have to purchase new covers & studs for all 4 tires. Just had my tire repaired by another shop & guess what - they had NO problems! Broke the tire down, washed the debris off the bead reassembled & told me to have a nice day! I have a NEW tire & service shop now & will never use Big 5 again!

Horrible customer service from president of company Mike Stacy. I was told I had an attitude for asking a question. Told me he couldn't fix my tire and walked back in the building. Didn't offer me to purchase a new one or if I had a spare. Won't be going back.

As always. BIG5 TIRE & AUTO SERVICES has taken excellent care to inspect and recommended the best to put vehicles back on the road with the safest and correct parts at the right price. They will not BS about what is and what is not and will not over charge you for your needs! They will do what you decide to do w/o debate. However, their recommendations should be adhered to. They are a tire shop and sell tires. This does not mean that they need to bump sales, whatsoever! You get what you pay for and I prefer their business!

Terrible service. They are very expensive. I have been there 2 times. For alignment. First time I got told to replace my left side lower control arm. To get the alignment done. Another shop charge me $200 to get it replace when they wanted 520 to do the job.when I got back they said to replace the passenger side. Come on please why this shops are not honest!

Great crew, had to get some tires. Dropped off car and an employee drove me to work. Id say thats great customer service.

Great friendly place the only reason I didn’t give them five stars i wanted nitrogen put in my tires when I bought them and I had to take it to a different location to have it field

If I could leave a zero I would. I took my car there and asked immediately how long it would take since I didn’t have much time. The guy tells me it would take maybe 30 minutes. So I go shopping next door. Come back 45 minutes later and my car hasn’t moved.they somehow tell me that it’s MY fault because according to them they told me it would take 30 minutes to even get started. That was NEVER said. So the fact that they had the audacity to tell me I “misheard or misunderstood” is a complete lie. I understand Customer service. Been in the industry for years. But these people had the audacity to laugh at me, call me a liar, when really it’s them, then when I call to explain why I’m upset they don’t even let me talk. The customer service at this location is trash and their corporate will be hearing about it.

They treat me so well. They don't act like I am just old or just female. Always truthful and respectful.

My first choice to get my car fixed!

Awful experience. First, my door handle was broken, it was kinda broken already but i could work with it, amd they didmt let me know of the accident. They just laughed it off and said it was an old car. I just went for an alignment, and two weeks later my tire is very crooked, waay to much positive camber. Seems to me they did a very mediocre job. I would advice everyone to stay away from here!

This place is Bullshit! The guys that work there are fkn lazy. It took 2 hours to patch a whole! The GUY KEPT BULLSHITTING WALKING AROUND! NEVER GOING back

Iv gone to big five for about 2 years, well my last experience was well displeasing.they were fast and friendly, did there job of a oil change.gotten tires there as well did good. How ever they will try to pull the extra money out of pocket. They told me of 3-4 different things that "needed" repaired. Thankfully my dad knows about vehicles and called them liars, they wanted me to spend over 3,000 + labor. Great for oil changes and that's about it honestly.they are friendly.

Took my car here and they tried to say we needed work done that we had just had done and there response was oh. Then we took another vehicle in and they put tires on so we took it back for a rotate and balance.they rotated but did not balance and now my front end has acted up since then. We called and there is nothing they will do so we will not be going back and wouldn't recomend this place.

Very nice customer service. Very friendly staff. Even gives you a ride if service taker too long.

Great, timely service. Never had a problem, & they've always fixed my Lucy right up. Fair prices, & great people. 8/10 would recommend.
