Worst daycare ever very unprofessional and unorganized. They send children home with bite marks and scratches and wont bother to write incident reports and then want to say that the bites are scratches when you clearly see bite marks and when you want to talk to the director she says to just unroll the child from daycare. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I can't express enough how much I love this learning center.

Jessica and her staff have always treated all three of my children like family. They are loving and caring, and very responsive.

It's not easy for me to trust someone to watch over my children as I am very careful and maybe a little overly protective of them, but nobody puts me at ease more than the people at Stepping Stones.

I tried three different learning centers before I ever started at stepping Stones with my oldest son Oliver, and none have come close to providing the comfort, care, and education that stepping stones does.

Oliver came into kindergarten one step ahead of everybody else because of what he learned while attending there.

One of the worst daycares around! Sent a child home with bruises and bite marks. When questioned wanted to say there were no reports and kicked the child out of daycare that was being bitten! I suggest not taking your child here as they do not investigate and help the situation.

My three year has been attending stepping stones for 8 months now. Since going there she has come out fully potty trained and her vocabulary has expanded tremendously. The Administration and teachers are always on point with messages and updates with the bright wheel app, and it gives me comfort knowing I can check on my kids all throughout the day because it is constantly being updated on their progress.

This daycare is absolutely hoax. All the reviews are managed by the Director herself and alot of the reviews are from teachers who work there. If you go on indeed even the teachers who have worked there previously were over worked and overwhelmed by the disorganization. I pulled my children from this daycare because of the lack of cleanness. My children stayed sick going there and incident after incidents were reoccurring. The lack of accountability here is crazy. Do not take your children here. They watch themselves.

No accountability. Sent a child home with bruises, scratches, and a clear bite mark on his face. When questioned about why there were no phone calls made to the parent, they denied reports being made of an incident and stated that there was no camera footage available. Parent made a big deal about it, and instead of investing the incident further and taking accountability, this daycare kicked the children out of the daycare.

What a lovely place. We have all of our three children with Stepping Stones and will continue to do so. They have become family over the years. The director, Jessica has made sure all of our children's needs are met. When we needed special arrangements there was always room for discussion. The daycare offers soccer and dance with vendors right at the location and the kids do arts and crafts every day, get to play outside and even learn Spanish. We couldn't be happier. Our children love to go there.

This place discriminated against my because he has autism, which is against the disability act. He attended this place for a whole year until they got a teacher there that wasn’t educated in dealing with kids with autism. For the short time she was there she decided she didn’t wanna deal with him after he’d been there a whole year. On his last day he was so frightened to go up to the school. My grandson is non verbal so we always pay close attention to how he acts because that’s the only way know he’s being mistreated. His reaction that day told us a lot, I don’t know why these teachers go into these classrooms knowing there are kids with special needs and want to mistreat them because they don’t wanna deal with them. Why do these schools keep putting our special needs kids in hands of people that don’t have the patience to deal with these babies. This should never have happened and he should never had to have gone through this where he should have felt safe. It’s enough we have deal with him being in world non verbal and his safety. It’s sad we have to worry about them in school at such a young age. Shame on this agency!

The best preschool with the most loving teachers we have ever encountered! I always know that my daughter is safe and having the best education and extremely protected by wonderful teachers in a fun environment!

I am so thankful for the entire staff at Stepping Stones! My daughter has been going here since early this year and she absolutely loves it. I would highly highly recommend you take your children here if you want thriving, developing, and happy kiddos. They take their safety and happines as absolute #1 priority, and they treat everyone like family. My daughter will go here up until she has to go to school. They have such a fantastic system and processes in place that it's such a good routine for both parents and the children. Thank you all for all you do, you have no idea how much we love it here!

I and my family is very grate when we find out this school. After 3 months, my son is improved a lot, that's over our imagine. He loves to go to school everyday. Sss has a lot activities for the kids. And special, they know clearly each kid and know how to teach and train them to be better.

My daughter has been attending Stepping Stones-Falconwing since she was 8 weeks old. She is now one. I have truly been so impressed with the staff and love the daily communication and pictures through the app. The front desk is always so friendly and helpful and her teachers have been nothing but AMAZING to my baby girl. It makes me so happy to see my daughter get excited when she sees her teachers and friends in the morning. I highly recommend Stepping Stones needing child care!

I am lucky because my two sons, 1 and 3 years, go to Stepping Stones.
As a mom, their well-being is my priority and I am sure that both are in the best place they can be.
It is a safe place, the classrooms are designed so that children develop their abilities to the maximum. They have strategically designed spaces both inside the classroom and outside.
And the most important thing is the human quality of the people who work there. All, but absolutely all the teachers my children have come across have been excellent, warm, good, sweet and welcoming. You can immediately notice that they enjoy their work and have a vocation for working with children. And I'm not just talking about the excellent professors/teachers, but I'm also referring to the assistant directors, receptionists, assistants, cooks, all of them. They always have a friendly smile and give their best for our children.

I am happy to recommend Stepping Stones, because when my children are there I feel calm. I know that they are very well cared for, happy and that they are not only having fun but are also being stimulated according to their age and abilities.

If you are thinking of integrating your child into this community, I promise you as a mother that you will not regret it.

My daughter has attended here since she was about 18 months old and she is now 6, we’ve always had wonderful experiences here and they’re always having fun activities provided for the children. The staff are always welcoming and the teachers are wonderful as well. I would definitely recommend this child care establishment to anybody, it’s been like a second home to my daughter for many years!

My family and I are so glad that we found Stepping Stones-Falconwing! This is a great child care facility that truly has a family feel. The front office staff are always helpful and personable. The teachers not only create a positive educational and memorable experience for my kids but love them as their own.
We have three children that attend Stepping Stones. They wake up excited for the day and look forward to seeing their friends and teachers. I love how the teachers are flexible, understanding, and communicate daily. I also really enjoy the app that they use in the classrooms. I get insight about what they are learning.

Absolutely love it here at Stepping Stones! My kids have been attending Stepping Stones for about a 1.5 to 2 years and they absolutely love it as well. All of the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I am so blessed to have found such a great childcare center for my children.
