Don’t waste your money or time I highly recommend going to Apollo tire & wheels, in Seabrook instead of this one, it a 8 or 10 minute drive from this shop, and customer service is always great and fast. The owner was very professional extremely knowledgeable of the business. She definitely deserves 5 star.will recommend all my family and friends to this shop.

I wish I could give negative stars this place is terrible they sell bad tires, won't replace, won't give u a refund, the guy that puts the tires on is rude and talks crazy to u and cusses at u, over charges for used tires I bought a tire that was bad then they replaced it with another bad tire accused me of takin off tires and changing them to get new tires from them absolutely horrible service and products save ur money and time go somewhere else!

I’ve been going here for years. I went in today and their machine was down and they could not put the tires on my car which is not a problem. I still bought the tires from them and brought them to a place that they told me to go and once I got there, they showed me that the tires were defective and the bead was peeling off. When I brought those back to big boys. They would not give me a refund or talk to me and the manager hidden side her office.it wasn’t until she had to come out for another customer that she would finally talk to me and agreed to give me half of the money back as long as I left them with all of their products which I had purchased less than 30 minutes before needless to say, I will not be going back there and would have high caution and would check every tire that was ordered from this place

$40 to rotate my tires? Not balance, but just rotate.
That takes less than 5 mins! Get real stop trying to rob people. I’ll do it myself.

Watch the most horrible thing I could think of today at this tire place Big Boy's tires in Webster a lady came in in a beat-up old 2003 Durango barely running with the motor knocking and smoking with 2 of the most bald tires I ever seen showing tread. She was clearly down on her luck, she brought 2 of her own tires with her and asked the man in the shop how much to switch the bad 2 with the good 2 she brought he said 15 each total of 30.00
The lady agreed to that.after the he finished the lady from inside (the owner) I think her name was mina said it was 75.00 + tax the other lady said that the employee told her it was $30 total $15 per tire since it was her own tires she brought in.the owner lady said well you want your tires or not? Then proceeded to tell that lady that the economy was bad and that she needed to charge double this month that poor lady gave her everything she had including change out of the bottom of her purse while crying at the same time. I was dumbfounded and angered and disgusted I wanted to give her money but I couldn't as i financially strapped myself. I spoke with her employee and he told me that it happens all the time everyday when ladies come in by themselves as soon as they get your tires off and your car-less and can't leave the price more than doubles so ladies do not go to that Big boys tires alone, I know I'm never going back ever I'm going to do everything I can to make sure everyone else knows as well. I was next in line and I refused service and walked out and she cursed at me and screamed NEXT! NEXT! At least 5 times EVEN THOUGH I didn't see any other customers there at the time. The 1 star is because no option for 0 stars.

I'm only leaving one-star because that's all you can leave if I could I put negative Stars the lady who answered the phone is really rude. She called me bro she said come on bro you should know the size of your tire. Very unprofessional I would not tell not one person to ever come here. This is the closest place to get a tire change and I'd rather have my car towed further than to bring money to this establishment. I know we're all going through things but you don't take it out on customers.

We're visiting Houston and had a flat tire. Seeta and Jose made us feel as if we had known each other for a lifetime. They are very friendly, affordable prices and fast service.

Fair, honest, and quick. I appreciated the thorough explanation of what they needed to do and why it was best option for me. I will be back for any tire needs in this area!

I’m always coming to this shop and stayed speaking so highly of them. They refuse to sell me a tire if they wasn’t installing it because she says that’s how they make their “profit”, I had a blowout on side of the highway and all they worry about is a “profit”, they don’t care to help people. I’m so disappointed in them and will never be returning again!

1 month later UPDATE: I returned trying to give them another chance and bought a tire from them that I had to take back a few days later, the lady in the office is so d**** rude everytime, and she don’t even care about your car problem. The gentleman that always work there and change my tires is so nice & funny. Long story short, I had to bring back tires I just bought a few days later due to it being on flat. I will be finding a new tire shop.
