Big City Wings, Spring TX

Our first time dining in Big City Wings and Dana the Manager was so sweet she welcomed us in as i had told her it was our first time! Our waitress was awesome as well. Food was amazing delicious if you haven't tried it please check it out!

Miriam and Peter randomly came here to meet some friends. Our bartender Hannah was amazing. She was very engaging and made us feel like family. We were happy to spend our money here and will definitely be back!

Honestly I would have given this place 3 stars had it not been for the price. $18.50 for 10 wings and a side of fries.
Pros:
Our server was nice. Attentive and friendly.
Plenty of TV’s.
Cons:
The wings were very small and the side of sweet potato fries were skimpy. Also the taste was just okay.
The layout is un-inviting. I think the place is new-ish but it feels older on the inside. The place felt like it had an identity problem like it wants to be a local family restaurant/ sports bar/ Buffalo Wild Wings but doesn’t do any of them very well.

Because of the price I likely won’t be back to give it another shot. Big City Wings has potential, it has a great location but the food quality needs to be bumped up.

Its hard to find some good wings and this place is not one! Sorry food was not good- wings and fries were cold and took forever. No one was even at the place. Our server was friendly though. Do not recommend this place at all.

Wings were outstanding! I usually picky with my wings and theses were Krispy yet not dry. They offer great sides, such a waffle fries, potato wedges and sweet potato waffle fries. Love all the fries.

I feel compelled to leave a review in hopes that I can improve the experience at this restaurant. We usually order take out from here but happened to have the opportunity to go in to dine. The place seemed to be in total disarray. We were seated at 7: 10 pm and the waitress did come around to take our drink order and brought drinks but then said she would come back and take our order after she took someone else's and we waited and waited. It was 7: 30 and she finally came back and we told her we had to go because we had to be somewhere at 8 pm. She said she would just charge us for the drinks. Like what else would she charge us for? Anyway, we like the food at this place and hope by leaving this review it will help motivate the owner/management to do something about the wait staff and service. They need someone to train and oversee them.

I came in today for the two for Tuesday wings! I didn’t even know they had this but I was so happy I stumbled upon it! The wings came out fresh and the sauce coated them perfectly! I dined in and the service was great, my server was very attentive and had amazing customer service! I’ll definitely be coming back to bring friends! Keep it up big city!

The wings are good, I like the selection of sauces. They had a boudin burger, which in theory sounded great. But it cannot hold as a burger. I ended up eating it with a fork haha. Now the service is not so great. Some waiters are really slow to get back to the table, they stand around and mingle in the front on their phones. Lots of gossiping that you can hear and heck I don't work there I'm just there to eat. Save the gossip for the kitchen.

Went in on a Saturday with a large group. Kids table and adults table. One waitress working. She started out strong but went down hill. She quickly got overwhelmed. I asked the manager if he could take adult orders since waitress was was only focused on the kids and left adults sitting there.he said he couldn't cause it would take longer. Kept giving reasons why he couldn't help her. I just walked off and realized we were on our own. He didn't help her do anything. He didn't help other tables. He didn't help her run drinks or food. He only helped at the end when we were trying to pay tabs. She did her best but it was a lot and he just left her on her own. Very poor management

Went in to eat dinner with my family, let’s start off with the horrible service of having a clean tablet to eat took 15 min to be seated, once we finally were at our tablet was ignored completely waited another 20 min to receive a menu, after finally placing our order by the time we got our food the food was cold the burger came with no cheese, my sons Mac and cheese the cheese wasn’t even melted, waiter and manger never checked on us or came to our table to see how our meal was. This was by far the worst dining experience I ever had I will no longer come back here again! Complete waste of money eating here

I had one of the best Chicken Salads ever at this place. The service was fast and efficient.

I have been eating at various big city wings locations around the Houston area, and I have never had an experience like this not only was the service terrible My servers name is Courtney and she greeted my friend and I took our orders for drinks and vanished. Just a look around maybe 20 to 25 minutes later to see if she was working at the bar so it took maybe a hour for our order for our food to be taken the most concerning part of this experience was I decided as a consumer and customer to not leave a tip for the server, because I did not feel I received adequate service for a tip, which is something complementary it is a choice of the consumer to give, the following afternoon of me, visiting the establishment I received a email stating that my payment had been updated to include a tip I did pay with card and sign my receipt but I 100% did not leave a five dollar tip for the server so it only leads me to believe that the server took it upon herself to forge the five dollars on the receipt by all means when services rendered especially adequate service I tip and I said generously because I am appreciative but you feel taken from does not feel good, and only because I paid with card I had to leave my signature. The establishment did offer to return the five dollars in cash but it’s an inconvenience to me because I do live far from the establishment. So I decided to leave a review instead because of the principle not the amount of money in in hopes, this does not happened to anyone else.and is taken seriously

The wings tasted good but they were almost bite size. BWW's boneless wings are almost double the size.
That being said, waitstaff, wait time and everything else was top notch!

Coming from a place of management, this place is well worth it!
Every time I visit I have to order their Onion Rings. And their wings are superb.

Great place to come eat wings and have a few drinks. Great atmosphere and family friendly. Wait staff is awesome. This was the 1st time I've been here and I'll definitely be coming back. Sweet potato fries are awesome.

First time coming to this location. Walked in, walked right back out. Was told to sit were we wanted, we chose a booth and seat was sticky. Tried to wipe it off but it was sticky. Person who sat us did not offer to clean it. No worries, we sat at a table but left anyways. Did not pass the vibe check.

What AWFUL service.

Placed a to go order, and after 30 minutes they told me that my order never processed and had to re-take the order and start over. Fine, things happen I guess.

But did they give any discount? No.
Did they offer me anything to munch on while here or any free food to take with me? No.
Did they even offer me something to drink while I waited 50 minutes for my wings? No!

Literally blown away at how terrible this place is.

Tonights family dinner was delicious. Great server service. Not too busy for being a game night while the Astros played & won.
KEVIN is respectful and best manners. Great Service always from him.

The "GROWN Up " grilled cheese sandwich. Man it's a " Bellybuster " and the onion rings AWESOME! Carolyn is the young lady who helped me with my order.
