First time I’ve rented tables or chair, and they were awesome! They helped load which was so unexpected! Affordable and quick loading!

We used Big D Party Rentals for our Wedding Dance floor and they were great! The process was super simple and so was the set up and tear down process which we chose to do ourselves. There are not many companies in the area that provide such a great service with a good price. The Dance floor definitely elevated our event and we are so glad we got it! Highly Recommend!

I LOVE using Big D Party Rentals for all my rental needs as an Event/Wedding Planner for one BIG reason. Their customer service. Guys like Juan and Jacob. These guys work their tails off loading and unloading your vehicle! I have used Big D for over 4 years now and these guys have to endure the heat the cold and everything in between! They are the nicest guys, always have a smile for me, greet me by name and always there to make my experience as seamless as possible. So just remember that when you are in line waiting your turn in your air conditioned or heated vehicles to be assisted by these guys that are out in these elements all day long to only serve your rental needs and every persons rental needs that come through there each day, to appreciate these guys a bit more and know that they are what makes the difference to me in where I rent from. I recommend Big D with 5 stars and if I could give them a higher rating I would!

The entire process from start to finish was very smooth. Great communication from the office team, getting the needed details and finalizing the event needs. NATHAN did an amazing job with the stage setup, providing us with enough advance notice of arrivals, being there as planned, setting up everything in place, as requested, thereby ensuring a successful event. Big D has always been great. We used them this weekend to set up barricades in our park area for a vendor event. Nathan had his team move quickly and he checked in with me often to make sure everything was exactly as we needed it. I am super grateful as our event went so well, and the barricades helped map out the space needed for each vendor!

We always rent from Big D! They have EXCELLENT customer service but today I had to stop by and tell the world how AMAZING of an experience I had with Nathan Redwine! He was so helpful and accommodating! I really wish I could give him 10 stars! I had to ask his full name because I just loved the customer service experience so much. His assistant Juan Espinosa did all of the heavy lifting and he was so nice as well. I usually don’t leave reviews but when you have a PERFECT experience, I had no choice! A forever customer!

We used Big D Party rentals for our wedding for the table settings, linens, etc. Going to their showroom was super fun & it was a great way to see a vision of what the place settings will look like day of! Everything we ordered arrived on time for set up and the whole renting process was simple & easy.

The only issue we had is that none of the linens arrived steamed. I had inquired beforehand because I didn’t want any creases on the table cloths and was told they would arrive ready to go. They were put onto the tables while still creased which was disappointing because I totally would have helped steam them had I known. Other than that small issue, they followed through with everything else & were easy to work with.

We collaborated with Pete at Big D for a job in Houston that our customer just had to have hundreds more Chiavari stools at the last min. Big D took care of us on an affordable rental cost and even added to their inventory just to get to the qty we needed. We love partnering with our industry friends in Texas and appreciated them coming through for us and our client.
