Just all around happy with Big Guys. We had a very bad experience with another flooring company and BG came to look it all over and help us verify all was okay. So we stuck with them and got all pur floors done through them. Paula I great. The flooring crew (Rudy and them) were awesome. We are so happy with our floors and getting our house back to "normal". We will absolutely call them if we ever need their services again.

We had some major water damage in our living room. They basically came over within hours of the call and started working. They were polite, courteous, and hardworking. I really like how they set up plastic to keep the dust in and kept it up throughout the entire renovation process

The very first encounter with owner was a red flag. He was very rude, however, as a renter, I allowed the owner to deal with him. She too had an encounter with him but still decided to move forward. Most of the work was done while we all were at work but we have Ring cameras. First… they walked all over my white carpets in my bathroom with their work boots completely dirtying them. They would use our bathroom and leave pee around the rim and the seat up. We saw them on camera taking pictures of some of the art on my living walls. But the straw that broke the camels back was when they started opening boxes of snacks (rice crispy treats) and stealing our food! When we complained to the owner, he acted as if we were lying, like BRO… we have cameras. When given an ultimatum, he chose to pull out the job rather than apologize for his worker’s theft and behavior! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

We had carpet cleaning done by Andrew and Josh and they were professional, kind, and did wonders on our office carpets. 10/10 would recommend! We will definitely be returning customers! Everyone involved at this company is amazing! Great work Big Guys!

Had Big Guys and sister company SteamDoc work on deep cleaning all my wood and tile floors. We though replacement might be needed, but the Big Guys flooring experts cleaning made the flooring look like a new install. Awesome.

Here's another big thumbs up for Brandon and his team at Big Guys. Had a water disaster plumbing leak that wrecked wood flooring. Brandon was one of the first on the scene in charge of the dry out process. Most impressed with the way he kept in touch, communicated what would be happening, when it would be happening and why. He and all the Big Guys were polite, professional, and careful with everything they touched. It was very nice to work with Brandon because he really cared about doing a good job and taking care of me during a very stressful event!

We had a flood in our downstairs bathroom on Christmas Eve and we called big guys to help. They arrived with in an hour and saved our Christmas. They cleaned up the water, dried and replaced the damaged areas very quickly and very professionally. Thank y’all so much for coming out and helping us during the holidays!

Brandon and Freddy were great! They helped me to fix an ongoing issue at my home. Our dryer vent needed cleaning bc we could t dry our clothes properly. What I loved is that they wouldn’t give up until it was completely fixed. I would recommend them to anyone and certainly use them again.

I hope we never have another water issue at the house, but it's nice knowing that Big Guys is there in case we do have one. They were responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, had great communication, were easy to work with, and did a great job! I would call them again in a heartbeat and I can recommend them to anyone else with full confidence. They were great!

Ivan and Roy just completed a few items on our house through Lennar. They went above and beyond to get the jobs done well and explain to me how they fixed the items that needed repair, i.e. The stair rods, towel rod hanger in the bathroom, and finalizing work on our upstairs balcony. I really appreciate their attention to detail and their kind attitude. It was a pleasure working with them.

Quality & friendly customer service. I have a washable rug for my dining room. However, it's too large for our washing machine. I had the very convenient option of dropping it off. The called & emailed when it was ready.

Wade and his partner cleaned and sealed my tile floor. My floors look amazing! They responded to my inquiry quickly, they were able to schedule my cleaning in a few days. They communicated with me, arrived on time and they went above and beyond. Highly Recommended!

Brandon and Freddy came out super quick, got a reading on moister levels, cleaned up the mess and got the water damage dry. Super professional.

We are very satisfied with the carpet cleaning and pet stain treatment they provided. The guy that provided the service was very thorough and seemed to have gone above and beyond in doing his job! He was pleasant and respectful. This is our second time using this company for carpet cleaning services and they outdid themselves from our last great experience! We will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend!

Where to begin… The folks working at Big Guys are awesome. It’s obvious they actually want to do a great job for their customers. It’s also apparent that they take pride in their work and reputation, and the quality of their work and their customer support reflects that.

I had a very slow roof leak that eventually caused mold damage before we noticed any drywall damage. The home builder contacted Big Guys, and they jumped on it almost immediately. I happened to mention that my wife was 8 months pregnant, and they actually prioritized the work to try to get all the mold remediated before the baby arrived! What other company would care enough to do that and work with a customer’s personal circumstances!? That was a HUGE help and I’m sure any new parent would agree is an immense stress relief.

Before anyone went to my house, I got a call from Leathea, who was great from day one until the very end. She warned me the work would be intrusive and frustrating, but she clearly explained to me why that was the case and how mold greatly complicates the situation. Trust me, it was incredibly frustrating, but please don’t fault Big Guys for that - they’re simply following protocols and are doing everything in their power to make sure your house is properly remediated and that your safety is never in question. Leathea kept me filled in during the whole process, and she never hesitated to make herself available for a phone call or text message to answer any of my questions.

As for the work, I was helped by Tylor and Bryan. These two did an amazing job clearing out the mold. When the assessor came out to take air samples to approve the remediation, he actually commented to me, “This was a very good job. These guys took good care of you”. Hearing that from someone with 25 years of experience definitely gives you some reassurance! Also, I noticed that Tylor and Bryan were very careful in my house. It seems every time I have a cable technician, plumber, or some other repairman in my house, they bump the walls with their tool belts, dirty my floors with their shoes, and are generally pretty careless. Tylor and Bryan, however, were very careful, and I could tell they were trying to not bump anything as they carried equipment and bags of garbage across my house. At the end of the job, there wasn’t even so much as a scuff on the wall - amazing! They were also very friendly and knowledgeable.

The work ended up taking about a month, but the majority of that was waiting on assessor inspections or test results and waiting on air purifiers and dehumidifiers to do their thing (and Big Guys was able to remediate the mold before the baby was born). During that whole time, I was frequently kept informed and updated by Leathea, as mentioned earlier. But, I even got a couple of calls from the owner, Charlton, for some of the nitty-gritty details (I tend to ask a lot of questions). Again, I don’t know what other company would provide that level of support and transparency.

I cannot recommend them enough. They worked with me very closely through a difficult and stressful time, and I could tell they were doing all that was in their power to minimize that stress and to help me how they could. And on top of all that, they did an excellent job! Give them a call for your next big job!

Looking for a local business and reached Daniel who was able to schedule me in for the next day. Communication was great and Daniel arrived on time and initial results look good. Expected to need to wait for carpet and tile to dry which I’ll check tomorrow. So plan on time for that.

I highly recommend Big Guys. I used Big Guys to clean up and rebuild after a water leak. The workmen were courteous, showed up when they were supposed to, and did a professional job. The office staff worked hard to make sure I got the maximum reimbursement from my insurance company.

Another company did floor tile repair work in our home and did not setup any containment or furniture protection. When they finished they left the job with zero cleanup and our interior was covered in tile dust and fragments making it difficult to even breathe. Brandon and his crew from Big Guys Restoration came at the exact scheduled time, assessed the condition and determined that we would need air scrubbers to remove the fine dust.completely cleaned every surface including four expensive leather sofas and chairs and cleaned HVAC ducts. This was a dirty job that they did with professionalism, great communication and JOY! We highly recommend Big Guys Restoration and Flooring, Brandon and his crew and the management of the company for providing excellent service.
