My husband and I bought their Sloppy Joe meal with their delicious fries. The fries are my favorite. They have seasoning. And of course the sandwich was good.

The food was really good. It was hot and didn't take long to receive. The pinto beans were really great also. I will come again

I love big jack but this time they didn’t fix my loaded potatoe right on my topping very disappointed

We liked it alot! Didn't like the macaroni and cheese, and fries were very salty.be aware of that.

This is not real barbeque.
You'd get better barbeque at any random gas station.
Trust me, I know barbeque.

The chopped beef was extremely fatty. So much so that fat was the most identifiable flavor in it. And it was $24 a pound. The ribs were pretty good, but not great. The barbecue sauce was fantastic.

Sloppy Joes tasted terrible and they were terribly sour. Could barely eat it but did because I had nothing else. The point of eating out lunch is because you have no lunch. What is that sour salt you put on the fries. A little goes a long way folks.

Do not go here. I watched an employee drop some food on the floor. Instead of throwing it away.they put it back in the box. Never again.

Great food. But be ready for a up charge on beef.could try the pork if not affordable. I love there sweet potato fry's.

Food is Five Star but some of the drive through employees are the worst in town. New Boston road location.

The food is always served hot. Help yourself to the bean pot, and they are uuuuumm good. Wife and I eat here frequently. You must try the fried apple pies. They are a real treat. Pork, beef brisket, or chicken, this is the place for it.

I went here the other day. My order was wrong. I called up there and a supervisor named Jacob told me that there was nothing he could do. He then told me that his supervisor might help me if she wants to. I told him never mind I would just make this post instead. So if your order is wrong IF they want to help you they will, if not you're just out of luck. Poor customer service. Rude and highly recommend not going here.

I was visiting my brother and he took us to Big Jake's for lunch. The BEST barbecue I have ever had. Tender, moist and delicious chopped beef and the beans are to die for. The employees were super nice and welcoming! I wish I could give them 6 stars.

I bought Barbeque ribs to go. I have bought in the past and they were fine. When you buy food to go you need to look at it before you leave. They were dried out. Was very disappointed. I had to throw them away.
