Jon Tartaglio is doing a great job of taking care of any problems I may have! I can depend on him to take care of my residence whether I’m at home or not. I really appreciate the job being done.

They were not prepared when they came to my house to spray for German roaches. So they had to reschedule another appointment for Thursday, November 2 @ 1: 30. They came prepared to spray for American roaches. We had already emptied all kitchen cabinets on Friday before our first appointment. So now we had to wait until Thursday to put our kitchen together again. Then they did not give us a prep sheet until the day before. I called them and that’s why they finally sent me a copy of the prep sheet. And it required a lot of prep work to get it done. So I cancelled the appointment with big Jon’s. Lack of communication was the reason I didn’t use them.

Great customer service. I have used Big John for multiple pest services and he’s never let me down. 2TU

I was having bug problems that my apartment wasn’t handling and Big Jon came as quickly as he could and completely took care of the problem. He was very knowledgable, helpful, and walked me through the entire process. He made sure the treatment was safe for me and my dog which was very important to me. Big Jon's Pest Control are the folks to call for all of your pest needs. They were very quick to get us scheduled for initial treatment and follow up treatment as well before we move. The tech who came out, Scottie, was awesome! He was very kind and interacted with my kids and pets while we were clearing out of the house both times. He was sure to answer all questions I had as well as inform me of the treatment process he would be performing, and he also provided thorough reports after both treatments. He was on time, and extremely professional. We thank you Scottie and Big Jon's!

First service with Big Jon’s pest control. The owner was very knowledgeable and responsive to our initial inquiries and gave us multiple options for our new business. They also sent multiple reminders for service day and times. Our Service tech Scottie was on time and professional and made sure all of our questions were answered. I would definitely recommend.

Adam always does such a great job! He is very knowledgeable and always does the work professionally. I have used this company for several years and am very satisfied.

If you are looking to go with an affordable option, they are substantially cheaper than orkin. As far as I can tell they provide comparable services. I was recently quoted $12,000 by orkin to get rid of a small amount of mice in my house. Around $2,500 if they were to just do exclusion services. I will probably do all of the exclusion work they offered for about $40 and an hour of work.

Absolute wonderful company and people! Everyone is so nice and helpful and you can’t beat the price! Adam came to spray the house, he is so sweet, respectful and knowledgeable. Great job Big John, keep it up!
