The staff goes above and beyond. They help towel dry when they are available. They just recently helped me get the sticky apple juice off my floor mats that my toddlers spilled in the back seat! I like to go in the morning when they aren’t too busy. These vacuums get every crumb!

I went to this car wash a couple days ago, I was greeted by a young girl named Mikayla. She was very energetic and had the best customer service. Not only did she offer to clean my car mats by hand herself but also used a towel to dry them while it was busy. I have never been to a car wash with such great customer service. Thank you big league!

Got the "Grand Slam", highest cost wash and wax, tires and wheels. Truck still has a lot of dirt on all edges and many other places. Wheels looked to be untouched, just wet (maybe that part broken?). Car wash on 725 much better even at lower cost wash. Will try Big League again, but the one on 306, before giving up on this business.

One of my daily stops. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have noticed over the last few weeks water spots after a wash have been REALLY bad. Hope to discuss with management. UPDATE: Water spots have significantly decreased. Still love this place

I love this car wash. I have the season pass and go at least once a week. The people that work there are really friendly and always present to help with anything. My formed floor mats can’t go into the mat washer, so they will always take them from me and hose them down. Today, I embarrassingly sucked the FOB for my jeep into the vacuum (these vacs have more suction than any other place I’ve been). I found someone (Josh, maybe? I’m sorry I don’t remember the name) He shut down the vacuums and began searching through the collection receptacles to find it.

Love this car wash! Was in need for a car freshener and was told the shipment hadn’t come in yet but then Josh searched around, found the last one and gave it to me! Customer service is amazing here:)

Great place to get the car washed. Good prices and the tunnel of terror was a great experience.

Josh was very helpful and nice. He even wiped down our vehicle after going thru the car wash! Will definitely be back!

It’s nice and comes with towels when you park and clean the inside but it is a little pricey

Shiny! I brought my extremely manly sleek sporty vehicle to this establishment and was very happy with the result! I don't take my hog of a car out just anywhere to get it washed but today I saw this beautiful car wash on a hill and had to give it a try. Extremely nice staff quick service and a clean sport car to boot!

Even though there will be different workers every time I come to town for a wash, they always do great pre washing my pickup. I'm so glad I have a membership to make my life easier. There are plenty of towels to dry with, and the vacuum is easy to use.

By far, it's my wife's favorite car wash in New Braunfels. Great wash and always friendly employees.

Gabby was super helpful on Friday 8/11 in the afternoon. In addition to being very helpful she also gave the money that I gave her for a tip into the tip jar. She has real class.

Like this car wash so much we got a pass for it. Washes the car real well and extra attendance there to help get the bugs off.and the vacuum actually has some power

If I had a business I would want a guy like Josh working for me. This is a great car wash consistently but what really makes it count is the people. Josh went out of his way to help me with an issue. Thank you! You can't beat this place and someone give Josh a raise!

Stopped by just to get rid of the bird poop from parking under a tree and was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service as well as the car wash results!
