They have remodeled the store. It looks very good. Lots of new merchandise. More furniture at great prices. Know where I am going for my next couch.

Spacious but not much inventory. Store has gone to the model that most stores have where they cattle everyone through maze with impulsive items along the way to buy and your trapped once you get in line. I'll have to get used to this new way. I

Let me tell you Big ups to the Manager Jimmy on Hwy 6. His Customer service is top notch I called looking for an item sold out everywhere I asked if I could buy the Display immediately he says yes. It absolutely made my day. His professionalism is amazing! Even had trouble with a coupon, he solved that to!
I also want to recognize Luis at the Katy Big lots simply outstanding, very professional & courteous. Luis went over and beyond to check on this same product very thorough. Thank you both! This is why I love Big Lots

Customer service was superb, young man in furniture knew what to do for his customers.
He came to me, I didn't have to look for help.

Offers curbside which number does not work. So got my cane and went inside. Girl at counter made me wait while she organized herself. Then still had to wait on order I placed yesterday. Good store but lacking on customer care.

This BL store was very nice and clean and LARGE compared to the other stores closer to our house. My husband is a BL store person but I haven't been a fan because most of the BL stores are just nasty. But not this one, it's nice! We overspent at this location.

If they don't have the furniture you want at one store, they will send you to another location that has it. Their leasing to buy thing is great, but you got to pay off whatever you lease in 3 months.or that interest will get you. Their credit card is better, in my opinion, because it gives you longer depending on the promo they got at the time.

Robin in Furniture was very helpful and gave great customer service. This is a good place to check out every so often for good bargains. You always find something.

Employees there are helpful and good customer service. Great selection. Good furniture section there as well, see Robin at the furniture section shes awesome and helpful.

This is the best Big Lots I've been to in Houston. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Their prices are good every day, but when you combine the coupons and rewards certificates, you make out with killer deals. Be sure and get their card because they'll link all kinds of freebies to your card.

I like to go here for dvds they also have food pretty pricey and over the counter meds bedding furniture toiletries decorations for whatever holiday is it is and more

This store has the best customer service I swear! They are so helpful! And I think the guy is the assistant manager but man he’s so helpful! Every time I go in! I’m a big fan of this location I don’t go to other locations!

Worst customer service ever. They put a wrong price tag on an item, went to pay and noticed it was more the price marked, told the cashier, they told us to go back and take a picture of the price label, went back to her and said it was somebody fault that put the label in the wrong item, never honored us the price so we didn't got the item. Never coming back.

Big Lots has all the best Home and Garden Decor not to mention a great selection of Wind Chimes. I always visit this location when I'm working in this area. The store clerks are friendly and professional. They also have great snacks that are usually hard to find.

It was fairly clean today normally it's empty and stuff everywhere. The staff is a bit slow in pace. No one speaks or asks if you need help. I try to come in from time to time to see if itll be any difference but other than it being a bit cleaner today there wasn't much difference.

This store looks the best it’s looked ever, I’ve been shopping here for more then 10 years and the past 6 months there hasn’t been one day the store was dirty or staff not cleaning. The manager Edward helped me with my new sectional and he was more then amazing. Jimmy and Robin In furniture are always very helpful, whatever changed in the past 6 months keep it up

The lady with short hair at the furniture section is awesome she should be promoted. I got a mattress I go regularly love the old early 90's vibe the store has haha. And like going there randomly &finding random finds.

I shop here once a month. I'm able to get what I need for the price I can afford. Y'all always have everything I need. I don't drive so when I do have a ride I always go there to your store because it's so close to where I live. Getting paid once a month isn't as hard when the prices are good. The lady at the front register with the glasses always helps me. I lost my receipt today todo the survey. I just forgot her name. I look forward to shopping at your store for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.

Nice place. You can find varieties of household here but not dirt cheap as may have known it to be in the past. Prices are now average, overall okay.

The Lady in charge of furniture is very nice and helpful, even on a super busy day We had Our furniture loaded in Our pick up truck in less than 10 minutes, thanks for Your help!
