Big Lots, Spring TX

Honestly not a bad selection of items, but they were missing one specific item that we wanted, and it said on their website that they had it there. No thanks Big Lots

Big Lots has great prices on all there Christmas decorations and all other products. Great to browse around the store.

I was able to complete my Christmas shopping at Big Lots. The throws selection was great (I give my son a blanket every year tradition.) The food section had whatever I needed. In the past I bought a folding table and it is durable. I don't go to Big Lots often, so I may need to make it a habit.

I was happy that I went to Big Lots found a lot of things that I didn't know that I wanted.

Always have what I need at great prices & Thier rewards program definitely saves you money.

Not a big fan. The place always seems disheveled. I am impressed with the quantity and quality of furniture now compared to years ago.

It was very empty and the selection wasn't as good as other locations. It's pretty disorganized. Zero issues with the workers. They're all nice.

Well organized and clean store. But like everything else; prices have gone up noticeably. I used to shop big lots for good deals.it's not close to home so it's not areally worth the trip anymore.

Cute things for the holidays but Everything is so over priced.i rather go to target or dollar tree, they have the same thing and its inexpensive.

My rewards account suddenly disappeared from the system when I knew I had 15% off my next purchase. Also, I had come here a couple days before and my account was fine. When the cashier was signing me up for another one she seemed to purposely be getting my name wrong multiple times even when she had just spelled it right in my email. It felt like she didn't care at all and was purposely being difficult. I will not be returning, do not come to this location.

The store needs major attention from corporate, it is unorganized and the staff are mediocre. However, two very disturbing matters. The restroom at the facility is beyond filthy nasty and certainly not clean, sadly this gross and filth certainly did not happen over night so this only speak to Big Lots attention to the stores and what their customers experience. It disappointing to see a corporate company have such inept management that the basic functions of life, not business…life, can not be carried out in their work environment. They have signs entering the store about “wrong and cleaning” for the Covid-19 virus, hopefully this restroom is no indication of how they clean because if it is then they have not cleaned the store in years. Secondly, staff walk around on their Bluetooth having personal conversations at work, speaking so loudly that half the store could hear their conversation. Not to mention that the conversation was inappropriate and vulgar at times, distracting the staff member to the point he almost “bumps” into a customer shopping. This is sad Big Lots! You should consider taking a look at this location, the staff, facilities, and most importantly the management team because this starts with management and training staff how to be professional at work and about maintaining basic duties such as cleanliness.
Look at the walls, the black build up in the sink and toilet. Disgusting. Ridiculous.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE OR THE WARRANTY FROM HERE!

We bought multiple items and the first day 1 item (Recliner) broke. The store exchanged it but told us we would have to go through the warranty on any more items. Since then every item has broke and the warranty place has yet to do anything about it, even after we took photos and called multiple times.

It's beaten up, with their usual stuff. Old movies or series you don't remember. It was mainly the floor that had some chips in it or missing. But hey, they have snacks and your other daily needs as well decorations so you can almost think of it as a Walmart but orange and not entirely gross.but not as big as one not with EVERYTHING you need it so keep that in mind.

I am a regular customer at the Biglots! Store (#1785), located at Wood Winds Shopping Center 425 Sawdust Rd. Ste A, Spring TX 77380. The store is very clean and all the merchandises are well organized.

All the staff are very helpful, especially the manager Ms. April. She is (1) a pleasant, friendly and polite lady, (2) very patiently and helpful in explaining and answering the questions, (3) showing me where the goods and products located, and (4) always circulate back to assist me after talking to other customers. She even went to extra miles helping me to use the coupons.

I believe she should be commended for her professionalism. Once again, I appreciate Ms. April’s help. The success of the business is not only to have good products but also to have the people selling them. Ms. Hernandez is a prime example.

Cool store, cheap furniture, good prices but when was the last time you walked into a restroom and it was so bad that you just went and had to take pictures

I bought a living room set and this location had the chair we needed to complete the set. The guy was very helpful and sweet! We even ended up buying a dinning room table!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Very loud, ride and disrespectful. You have to use multiple cards if you don't have a big lots account or cash. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here ever.

Many rude and unfriendly people work there starting with the evening supervisor to the workers on the floor to the checkout people. Won't drive out of my way to go here again.
