Big Lots reviews
14I went here to pick up crystal geyser water. They were kind enough to go in back storage and bring out a new pallet. The store has been remodeled with wide aisles and space to move around. It is less cluttered and has more of a flow.
Didn't go in, but had a great experience with the curbside pickup after ordering online. Thanks Big Lots!
I gotta admit they do have some stuff with really reasonable prices here but the staff is just plain rude especially the middle aged white lady at the cash register’s. I asked her just one question and nicely, too but she just gave me the death stare after not responding to me at the first place when I said “excuse ma’am, can I ask you something? ” I mean heck I know it’s a busy season and probably she don’t get pay much but if the customers aren’t rude to you at least be decent back, it’s not that hard.
Waited 30 minutes for them to open. They unlocked the door late. Saw about 4 -5 workers. None of them asked me if I needed help
with anything. None of them asked me how I was doing. Everyone looked at me and turned their head. Even the cashier. I waited for 20 minutes in the furniture section. No help. I wanted a couch, pillows, bar stools & a desk chair. Easy 2k+ lost bc of poor customer service. Just joined the little rewards thing because they talked it up so well.didn’t even use it. I asked if I could get some help. The girls response at the register at 0925 10/13/22 was “ everybody is in the back doing the truck”. If y’all don’t have enough common sense to have at least 1 person on the floor helping customers maybe add someone with some to the team. Never again.
Clean, nice employed. Way more products here than I've seen at other Big Lots locations.
Horrible sales associates! I went to purchase a mattress and asked the lady in the back with the furniture if they had same day delivery and her response “Idk you have to goto the front and ask a manager” yet you’re a sales associate in the back and you can’t give me basic information or call for a manager if you honestly don’t know.
Its a smaller one. Though I was able to find exactly what I was searching for at the time. I bought some outdoor cushions for my chairs. They were cheap but I knew that because 3 days after sitting a few hours each day my butt print was there. Nevertheless I knew what I was purchasing was just temporary. They have changed up the check out process since the last time I was inside that store.
I'm giving this review for a friend of mine. She enter big lots to ask if they were hiring. The cashier pointed in the direction of the manager.my friend is very bubbly and energy to the roof. She smile and approached the manager to ask if they were hiring at that
location (mason/cimarron) Manager looked at her rolled her eyes and said. Go to the internet! My friend said.well do you have any positions open at this location? She responded with Go to the internet! In the most rudest voice ever. My friend walked out feeling disrespected. I don't think she'll be applying but the point is if she's going to be managing the store she needs to be more polite and treat people with respect. Being fat and unattractive doesn't give you right to be rude. Or maybe it does. Zero 's
I see Big Lots all over and never stopped to see what they sold until my aunt told me they had a ton of things on sale that I would like. I visited my local store and my aunt wasn't lying I found patio furniture, pillows and cleaning supplies all on sale. I can't believe I never knew about this place. Great store, great find. I will definitely be returning.
I love stopping here to see what they have. They are constantly getting more varieties of home goods and even food products!
This location has friendly and helpful staff. The usual single register makes for a bit of a wait in line, however everyone usually remains nice and in a good mood. The store has a variety of products, from food staples to furniture. They have weekly bargains, and great seasonal products. I recommend a visit.
Always love coming to big lots, so much to find and today bought furniture for the first time from here, will update over time but I'm never disappointed with big lots!
I worked here like 10 years ago. It's a decent place, the people are kind, could use a revamp/remodel/buyout by Amazon, something. It's just boring, the stuff is kinda cheap, the exterior and interior feel dated and lazily slapped together, and it is such a large space with a good selection, it could be so much more fun if they had more to offer, perhaps hot food, a finished ceiling, stucco the exterior with the permission of the shopping center, something. It is okay like it is, just like Walmart with much less options and slightly higher prices, and some random cheap stuff Walmart doesn't seem to have. Like an expensive dollar store that also sells furniture and rugs.
