Big Lots, Granbury TX

I live closer to Stephenville than Granbury. But the Stephenville store couldn’t help me in a timely manner. I called the Granbury store to verify they had in stock the recliner I was desperate to buy. Employee in the furniture dept. I believe his name was Jason verified they had one in stock & put my name and phone # on it when I told him I would be there in 2 days. He followed through! Scarlet, in the furniture dept.helped me with the sale. She is wonderful. Marcos helped Scarlet load the recliner in my car. Next time I’m craving Great customer service, I will simply drive to this store.

I bought a desk from here and I'm gonna say Cody or Colby the furniture guy He serviced me and was great at customer service.

I bought a desk and got it home opened it up took it all out examined every piece. The desk had a scratch and a different stain on the top piece.

I called and spoke to John about returning it.what their return policy was And Cody or Colby had no problems in assisting me with the return. Loading/unloading the furniture as well.
Not to bad on customer service here.

People are pleasant, clean place, lots parking, household goods, food items, beautiful furniture.

Great selection variety. Even nicer employees. Can get backed up at register on a busy day so be prepared to wait in line if it's super busy. They are typically quick to call for backup and get that line moving quick. Other than that this is a must stop place in Granbury for a little bit of everything you need.

Saltine crackers!
Could very well be the only store in town with Saltine crackers on the shelf.

I guess the supply chain is working against them Big lots doesn't have a lot hope it gets better.

Good food, nice people. Warning only supply doggy bag for left over meat. Veg left over no sorting.dump it on your meat for dog.

Ordered on line and picked up some patio cushions for my patio. Friendly and great service.

Everything was great. Except the water i buy was sitting in the sun by the front door, no bueno!

They have made a good store a better store! They remodeled & opened up the store with some brand name furniture. They have some new things there for summer & for just everyday living. Check it out!

I see people saying how clean and organized this store is and how friendly. When? Must be family members. This store hasn't looked good in at least a year or more. Manager? What a joke.

I like them but I don't know if they will have what I'm looking for at the time I'm there. Their inventory changes so quickly. I know it's what they are known for. I just have to be fortunate enough to happen upon what I'm looking for when I want it. They have great prices and very pleasant employees.

We bought a patio set at another store and it was damaged. The manager put one on hold till we could make the 1 hour drive to get it. I wouldn't make the drive out to this store to shop. But the staff almost makes it tempting

Big Lots is amazing, i went today to pick up a recliner my mother bought. The staff is so friendly and extremely helpful. Not only did they load this huge box in my truck, but went as far as to explain to me how to unload and assemble the recliner with minimal effort.
