Big Lots, Webster TX

Signs up saying 25% off and they would not honor that. They just ignored me like I was not even there. Will not come back to that store

Could use some better organization and cleanliness. Pretty good prices overall. Sign up for their membership deals to save money by simply using your phone number to earn points. Located right off 45 and NASA it's easy to get to. I never shop for anything aside from their food products but they do have a bit of everything it seems.

This location has alot larger of a selection than most others in this area. Have alot of Broyhill brand items here.

This store is in an odd location. They are trying to bring the store up. I can find most things I need or want there. Today, the manager and cashier that were there were very nice and helpful!

Awesome staff good, selection of stuff was fine. We couldn't find the dresser that we wanted it but overall experience was pleasant.

It was terribly hot in there the ac was out and when I mentioned it to a worker they replied "yeah I know we've put in multiple requests for them to fix it but when they come fix it it only works for a couple weeks and then it's out again"

The shopping center has seen better days but the store was clean and the staff most helpful. Store had steady business when I was there on a Saturday.

I have now been to the big lots in Webster at least 3 times in the last few weeks. They have a fantastic selection at this store- my favorite being the furniture department. The first time I went to this store I met the furniture manager Bill. He was SO helpful! He helped me carry everything I bought to my car and even showed me multiple options of things they had throughout the department. I went again today and he once again helped us carry the furniture to the front and checked us out. Thank you Bill for your help. You are AWESOME!

It was better than I imagined I went in for drip pans and I walked out with decorating ideas for the whole house. I had no idea they had such wonderful art work and decorative things to spruce up the entire house.their just like a mini Walmart but better.less busy and more cleaner. I will definitely be back

This was my first time coming to this location and is bigger than the ones I've been to. Plus they sell some furniture while other locations don't. They have more things to sell and better variety. Great store.

I have always liked to shop at Big Lots. But damn! Everything went up 120%! Some of the stuff is more expensive here than anywhere else. What happened to Big Lots? !

Hadn't been to store in years so glad I stopped by in Webster. As always spent way to much but found great last minute gifts. Well have to stop again when I'm in the area.

Was able to find what I wanted with no problem. Employees were helpful in answering the question I had about a couple of items.

Beautiful store. Highly organized and neat. Everything is priced really well making it really easy to shop. Our cashier Angela was very kind and made our visit fun. Definitely coming back.
