Big Lots, San Antonio TX

Every time I visit this specific store it’s always clean & very well organized even during the holidays. As busy as the workers might be, they’re always friendly!

Totally dissatisfied, the shelves were empty, and the Christmas items on sale, when approach the register they were not.

Really cleaned up the place, very NEAT AND sorted with about ANYTHING you are looking for the home. Including FURNITURE but just had only rocking recliners. Was looking for wall hunters. All in ALL VERY nice.

They reconfigured the store. It has a much better layout and flow. Look for exclusive coupons by joining their Big Lots rewards program

I love Big Lots, there prices are great the employees are so friendly and willing to help you find what you are looking for.

Horrible customer service, they take 20% of your money and are so rude. They take so long to assist you in the smallest things

I did not enjoy being in Big Lots oh, there wasn't any staff around to help you oh, I had a couple of questions no one answering and prices were not as low as they said on the TV commercial.

Just went to browse and my friend found a few items. Store was a bit messy but not bad. Not all sales associates treated or asked if we needed help. Over all an ok visit.

Good items for the house but no prices anywhere so I had to keep asking when I could flag down an associate. If not around I had to wait til I got to the register

5 star customer service. I was inable to locate the items I needed and store manager verified stock and I found exactly what I needed.

I like Big lots, they have everything furniture, jewelry, seasonal stuff and towels, bedding, candy well you name it and they have it.

Employee that was stocking self was rude. I asked her the price of something on the bottom shelve. Her response is ugh its right here pointing to a tag that was hard to see. I replied yes ma'am i cant see it its faded. She had to bend down because she could not make it out either at first. She stood up said the price as she restated its right here on the top corner of the box and walked off. Well with that type of service I decided to keep my 80.00 in my pocket.

Lots of customers and only 1 cashier. Someone that seemed to be the manager was not wearing mask properly. His mouth was covered but not his nose. Should set the example for the customers and most importantly his co workers.

Store was very organized and neat. Staff was friendly. Only issue I would say is that they had clearance signs on patio furniture yet none of the items were marked down. When I asked EE he said only certain items were marked down. My issue is that they only had abou 6 pieces of patio furniture and none of them were on clearance.

Well stocked and clean! Friendly customer service and not crowded at all. Lots of stickers to remind us to stay 6ft apart for social distance. I appreciate the hard work guys!

Disappointed in the changes they've made at this store. Before they had a nice garden section and home goods, like throw pillows and rugs. Now there's hardly any of that!

It cheap and looks like a good quality, but they didn’t even have anything in store for pick up and also nothing to order for delivery. It is hard to order something that you never saw before.

This is my main Big Lots. Very clean and accessible. Good inventory. Plenty of parking but also some homelessness in the area.is too common.

Mary Lu not very helpful. I asked her questions she didn’t even make eye contact, didn’t offer to help me out when I asked for the prices of certain items. Very very poor customer service.
