Big Lots, Kerrville TX

It's your average big lots. My wife enjoyed shopping here and the employees were friendly.what more could you want

The item I wanted, the sales person let me buy it already assembled which I so much appreciated, because I'm not good at assembling things

I love shopping Big Lots! We were in town for vacation and needed a few things. I like the setup of this Big Lots compared to others I've been to. This one feels very open and you can see where pretty much everything is located just standing in the front of the store. Lauryn assisted us at checkout and was not friendly per se, but still pleasant and got the job done. She seemed overwhelmed, but a backup checker came to assist her with the line.

Love Big Lots, they have my favorite pickles and lots of other cool things, the everything but the kitchen sink store!

Went into find 1 item, they haven't had it in over 2 months. Then I contacted the home office and haven't heard one word from them. They may loose a customer. I have gone there almost every week since they opened.

This Big Lots has a nice environment but the main checkout girl, I believe her name is Lauren, is quite unpleasant. I have seen her be openly frustrated with people, who have trouble using the credit cards or when she pushes you be member for their reward program. She talks to you in a very sharp tone and roughly throws whatever you bought in a bag.

I really wish someone would talk to her about her attitude problem.

Love the new changes that Big Lots has made. They carry a lot of really cool decor and quite a bit of diverse furniture as well as all your basic household needs.

Update- store is still evolving and has a lot of new furniture and a ton of grocery items. Still loving the changes.

The cashier Lauren is SO rude. She pestered me about 10 times if I wanted to sign up for their reward program and after the ELEVENTH TIME she mumbled “Jesus Christ” under her breath. The managers really need to regulate her attitude and eyeliner.

Big Lots always brings me joy! Great savings, large variety of everything! This Kerrville store is clean and organized.

This was the best Big Lots I have ever been to. It was clean, organized, well stocked and the employees were friendly. I wish every Big Lots was like this!

I used to go into Big lots a lot until I started feeling harassed every time I go and check out asking if I want to donate money here or donate money there I just want to get my items pay and leave without feeling obligated to donate somewhere I'm not against it but you didn't ask me once you continued to ask me throughout the time that you're scanning my items I'll just stay away that store hasn't been updated in a long while anyway.

Prices have gone up alot in the past 15 years we need one in austin mn or rochester mn.miss it there.

I like the store however they need more people at checkout as I generally have to wait in a long line because never have I seen more than two checkout clerks and when one clerk is signing customer up for a card it's time consuming. Add another clerk when you see that long line building!

I felt wonderful Christmas gifts for lots of people and I appreciate all of you I know like everybody else that y'all have some issues that's not y'all's fault because of Staffing because of people not wanting to work think I'll do amazing job Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

This is the worst costumer service that lady lauryn is the worst cashier ever she throw all my items in the bags she so rude

Customer service needs a little work this visit but other than that I found what I needed and then some.

They have alot of the everyday essentials. They also have furniture and outdoor furniture and decorations.
