We visited the furniture section with the intent to look at couches and possibly purchase a couch. The guy in the furniture section asked if we had any questions. We said not yet and he disappeared. We did end up with some questions. Furniture guy was gone so.we didn't buy a couch from Big Lots

You pay for furniture delivery and they leave you with three boxes in your living room, that you have to unbox and assemble. Not happy!

I went in just to look at recliners. I was immediately asked if I needed any help by Brooke. After declining, she assisted additional customers with questions on beds and then came back to assist me. This location didn't have the particular recliner I was looking at so Brooke called the store in Keller to see if it was available there. While she was on hold, she gave me information about discounts and coupons available to me. She confirmed the recliner was available in Keller and had them put my name on it. Brooke even showed me how to access the discounts on the website. Although I purchased the recliner from a different location, Brooke showed tremendous enthusiasm and was extremely helpful with my purchase. I got exactly what I was looking for and saved $50.

Lots of cool stuff! Good sale on holiday items. We were a little bummed to find a smaller selection of food than they used to have. Really wanted the cookies I used to get there! But maybe we'll find them next time. Employee at register was very nice!
