Big Lots, San Antonio TX

The ladies here are so kind and helpful! Kathy and the cashier (I didn't catch her name. She was working around 10: 30am Dec 11th) were simply wonderful. Thank you ladies and Merry Christmas!

The store was cluttered. The employees weren't friendly and seemed bothered when I asked questions about merchandise. They were rude and seemed very put out to help. I'm a frequent customer but after this incident I may look for another store to shop at.

Big Lots was great as usual, where you can always find great deals. I recently moved and received a 20% off coupon in the mail. When I went to use it, the checkout person only gave me 10% off. Strangely, she never mentioned that she did it until I asked her about the amount i was paying. Her response was "these (moving mailers) should not have been given out. They should have been emailed to you, they don't work right. " Her only explanation was she could override for 10% but not 20%. " She mumbled about a manager but made no jester to get one. There were several customers behind me, so I accepted my 10% off and was grateful for that and left. Word to the wise be careful about anticipating this Big Lots will stand up to their marketing practices and offers.

I had a great time. BL had so much more than expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. Stuff for the pool and kids as well as party items. Stock up on beach towels that were at a good price!

The young lady greeted us she was so sweet helpful respectful. Took the time to show us where some of the items were that we were looking for. Then she checked us out with a smile and always Thanking us and always come back and shop at Big Lots. She is definitely an asset to your company.

Christina lacks friendliness, customer service & professionalism! I went into the location attempting to purchase the last dresser on display for a clearance price as the one on nacogdoches. I had my receipt from May 13th to show her that that was the exact same item for that price I purchased with Cody and Jen. She refused to mark it down which I understood but the part that rubbed me the wrong way was the fact that she couldn't offer me a solution or alternative or perhaps a dresser similar to that closer in price no alternative or solution was given whatsoever from the manager! For being the standing manager as well she didn't introduce herself to me or ask me how she may be of assistance? With that being said Big lots has lost a long time loyal rewards member I will never shop at Big lots again horrible experience!

Got a good deal yesterday on outdoor furniture and outdoor furniture cushions. All the isles are organized and the lines seem to move fast.

Wish they had more furniture on display. The gentleman and his sister were so nice & sweet. The gentleman was so customer oriented and professional while we looked thru catalogs trying to find the perfect couch for our home. Thank you again for your friendly service.

Customer service is great. Helpful sales associates. Decent selection of a lot of stuff, from furniture to popcorn.

Management is very helpful but the young lady that checked me out has very poor costumer service skills, she didn't even bag some of my things, not friendly at all.
