Great place! The manager Tomas was very friendly and helpful with our needs (oil change) We waited for our vehicle which it didn’t take long especially been a Saturday. Price was great! Thank you Tomas!

I called at 3 on a Saturday and Johnny assured me that I would have 4 new tires and an oil change done by closing time he missed it by 10 minutes! Great service!

I made an appointment. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. After filling out paperwork, and waiting, I asked him how much longer the wait would be. He said 45 minutes to an hour. I told him it is just an oil change. He stuck with the 45 minutes to an hour. I left.

It only takes a few minutes to do an oil change, maybe 10 to 15 minutes. Why would anyone make an appointment to sit around for about an hour?

When I got there, they told me that the oil change would cost more than they advertised. They said that there are other fees.

Now, I understand why they changed their name from NTW to Big O. Their reputation was terrible. Same business, different name.

Avoid Big o tires, and head over to discount. They knowingly sold me the wrong size tires, and then lie about advising us about the size issue. Wish I could give 0 stars. We rarely drive the vehicle they were on, and Corona quarantine had us on lockdown beginning the next week, we didn't make sharp enough turns to know they were the wrong size until the quarantine had passed. When we went back to Big o, they said that they would not replace the new tires, and we were responsible for knowing what size tires to put on the vehicle. Why would we have gone to a professional and asked them what size tires to purchase, if we knew the size? Don't make the same $1,500 mistake that we made. Avoid Big o tires.

I am so happy that BIG O Tired is here! I needed some great tires for my Honda Pilot. They took great care of me! Beat many of their competitors prices ranging from $30 - $110! I got a great All synthetic Oil Change for $30. Checked over my car and showed me all that I needed. I knew going in what was on the list just wanted to see how honest they are. Ask for Thomas or Pedro but are great to work with! I feel like I am riding on pillows!

Great customer service. I had an appointment at 2 and was was quoted about 45 minutes. They had some delays which resulted in a 2 hr wait. Unfortunately I had also told my job I'd be there by a certain time so when I asked they apologized and said it's being worked on now. When it was done they apologized again and helped me out with the cost. I was not expecting that so it was a total blessing as I wasn't even mad at the wait just wanted to give my job a more accurate time. Lol I would definitely recommend them.

I started doing business with NTB at this location when they first opened and continued when they changed to Big O. I wrote several glowing reviews in the past, but I think those were all under NTB. I have used this location for not only my personal vehicle, but also all four of my company vehicles. My installers have always taken the vehicle in for tire work and we have paid them over the phone with a credit card unless the amount was small enough they could pay with their company debit card. Recently, we went in and requested replacement of a tire and the amount exceeded what the installer could pay for with a company provided debit card. Of course we didn't find this out when we dropped off the vehicle, but hours later when we went to pick it up. This was the first we heard of their new policy of not accepting a card over the phone which meant I needed to leave a meeting and drive across town to pay. I have no problem with their policy, but I do have a problem with them failing to tell us that the policy had changed. They have clear records that we are a repeat customer for many years. The store manager wanted me to provide an email or text photo of my debit card-front AND back before they would take a card over the phone. Anyone with an ounce of sense wouldn't agree to such an unsecure measure. I asked to speak to the District Manager who is the one who put this policy in place. He went so far as to tell me he was doing me a "favor" to accept the card over the phone and for my employee to not get upset if he had to wait as he was the only one that could run the card. When I assured him we were happy to wait, but at least needed a window of when he would be available, he refused to provide one. It was not a fun or customer friendly/appreciative conversation. While I understand they are in a tough position because they recently lost $3K because someone used a stolen card, it's not excuse to treat a long time customer this way. Needless to say, it's the last time we will use them. Discount Tire is a bit further down the road, but they will get our business from now on,

Great friendly service. Stopped by without an appointment for help with a slow leak in a tire. Because I had purchased them from another Big O the repair was covered under warranty, no hassle. So very pleased! Thank you!

I've gone here twice for issues with my car. The first time they replaced a part that cost $500 and did not solve the issue I was having. Ultimately, the issue was solved by changing my battery (which was 6 years old) - a much less costly repair. Changing a battery that old should have been the first course of action.
I took my car by again for routine maintenance because there was a Groupon for a good deal, but once I spoke to the customer service person they gave me a list of things that they wanted to do amounting to roughly $650. After doing some research on my own I realized that $600 worth of what they recommended was entirely unnecessary (so I refused to have them do it.)
Essentially, the staff here will try to up-sell you and will prescribe you unnecessary repairs if you aren't careful.

Good deal for oil change package but shop left the air filter case open at the bottom. 4 cylinder Frontier sounds like it has old school headers! Lmao
Good guys at shop by Wurzbach Parkway and 281 I’m sure they will call and offer free oil change

I have been using NTB/Big O for 15 years. It’s a great place to get everything done at one time. I always get oil change, alignment and tires rotated and balances at the same time.

I've always had a great experience here. The team there always tries to be as quick as possible for you. In addition, to the great customer service, the team at Big O always tries to find you the best deal.

I had an appointment and came into your store to get an alignment. The man at the counter (heavy built blue eyes) wasn’t friendly at all but I was having a bad day and thought it’s probably just me taking it wrong. I went outside and waited an hour (as expected) The man came out and informed me that my lower control arms were completely gone but he would put an estimate together for me. When my car was done I walked inside to get my keys and the estimate. The guy was very rude again! He barely spoke but rudely explained that my alignment wasn’t aligned correctly because of my control arms and without those it will still pull to the right and I’ll continue to have problems. I was a little confused about it so I started asking questions because I have no idea how this procedure works once I get it fixed. At this time he seemed to get irritated with me. Before hand I had called my mechanic and he told me he could fix it really easy and the charge would be $200 with parts and labor. So I asked him once I got the new parts in could they realign it for me and his response was “yea but you used a groupon and it only covers 1” So I asked “ok so I’ll have to repay for another alignment? Or if I get it fixed in time will it be ok? ” just to make sure I was understanding everything correctly and he responded all rude and repeated “yes! If you don’t get it fixed here you will have to pay again and YOU HAD A GROUPON it only covers it 1x” as if me using a groupon was a bad thing, still not answering the question. He didn’t even bother to go over the estimate with me and continued being very short. Seeing I was upset, not saying very much; a nice man standing behind him stepped in and started explaining things in more detail. I guess asking questions and knowing I didn’t have a lot of money wasn’t worth the other guys time. I’m a single mom just trying to make ends meet and I really had no idea what’s going on, I didn’t mean to bother him with questions. I just want to make sure my car is safe for my child and others on the road. Despite how rude he was and how badly he made me feel, I called back to get an estimate on new tires (because my issue ruined my newly bought front tires (my luck) and guess who answers the phone (rude guy) I was asking questions on prices and once again he got irritated and made me feel as if I was wasting his time again because I was trying to save money. I will not be returning to your location but I guess it’s not a big loss considering I don’t have a lot of money anyway. Thank you to the man who stepped in and tried to make it a little better. I’ll go back to Discount tire because regardless how little money I have they always treated me very kind.

Call at 9: 12 am on 5/15/2020 to make an 4: 15pm appointment for an oil change. Arrived at 4: 14pm. I was told 45 minutes for oil and 20 minutes for tire rotation. At 5: 45 pm I went to asked how much longer, when I notice my car had not been moved to the bay to be worked on. I asked the employee why he said you are next. I had three people to come in after me, but left before me, one job was a brake job which I know takes longer than an oil change. They are just taking my car to the bay at 6: 10 pm. I will not come back to this location again, this was unexceptable. I was the only black customer and put on back burner.

TJ or I I was introduced, Mr Thomas is the reason why I did business here. They all made you feel comfortable and confident you were getting taken care of. From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience. Definitely taking care of all my car care needs here from now on.

Lies, lies and more lies. I did alignment in December and they told me that I have 12 month warranty on it. I went in today for alignment because my car was turning right side. I told them that I am under warranty and they said okay. After sitting 15 mins in waiting room, one of their employees comes to me and tells me that they can’t find me in their system they looked it everywhere and they even called record department but still they cannot find me. I said I can show them my credit card statement since I lost receipt. But he said that by seeing it he cannot confirm that I purchased alignment. And very next minute other employee told me that I purchased it under promotion so I am not covered under warranty. And I told him that on the receipt it was written that I have a warranty. And then he started lying about employees and corporate.
